I am always wary of tire stores because of my negative experiences with too many of them. Tires Plus turned out to be the exception. I called them in the morning about a slow leak in one of my tires. They told me to come right down. Inside of 15 minutes they had pulled the tire and found the leak. It was close to the sidewall so the tire had to be replaced. They did not have an exact match in stock, so they said they'd call me when they got one in. Less than four hours later they had the tire. I went back and they had the new tire on and me out the door in about 30 minutes, That is outstanding service.

I have had the unfortunate experience to require extensive body work on my car on two occassions within the last year, one over $8200 in damage and one approaching $3400. On each job the staff was very professional and courteous. They are very helpful with working with your insurance company claims. The service representative assigned to my repair work was very forthcoming with keeping me apprised of the status of my repair jobs. Each time the promised due date was met. Most of all...my car looked fantastic when I picked it up. I would not consider using anyone else for my body work. I also took my mothers STS Caddy there for repair and she, too, was extremely pleased with the outcome.

Do not waste your time and get scammed by this company. A year ago my A/c unit was repaired at this shop. After it stopped working again I called and was told to bring it in so they could take a look at it. They called and let me know what the issue and cost of repair would be . I stated that I did not have another $550 dollars until I got paid to get the repair done until next week. I went to pick up my vehicle and was told that I am being charged $109 dollars for a "diagnostic fee" that with out paying I would not be able to get my car back. At no point with my initial conversation, drop off or being told the diagnostic was I told that there would be a fee. When questioned about this they stated its a new policy that doesn't have to be disclosed. That is unbelievable to me , to my understanding no work or cost can be charged without being approved through the client and at no point was that discussed or even suggested. Do not trust this business.

1st, company communication is horible, no answer during working hours, mail box is full, no call backs etc. Because of lack of communication my car was in their shop for over 3 weeks. Sam the owner complained because I was calling to get a status on the repair every few days. He resented that and told me I was being a pain and if I did not stop calling he would roll my car out of his shop (with the engine taken apart). Frustrated, I held back knowing he could and I believe would hold my car hostage. I picked up the car on 4/27 at 3 pm. Immediately I noticed, the dash lights didn't work, the radio and map moniter did not work and the rear video camera did not work, to name a few. I went back and talked to the manager, Loui, he told me to bring it back in the morning, and they would fix it. When I brought it back, Sam the owner denied his repairs had anything to do with the problem and refused to do any repairs or even look at the problem. He claimed the problem pre-existed. I gave him a letter listing the issues. He smiled and ripped it up while stairing me down. This repair was over $6,000. All my claims are documented. I have had other issues with this shop. Use at your own risk.

I called to have a tire patched and they told me it was FREE as a good customer service thing to do. It would get them more future business they said. I took the vehicle in and instantly told it was not repairable. This is a $250 tire. I knew it was an easy fix but they just want to sell tires. I took it to just tires on Clearwater Largo Rd and they fixed it for $20 and it will last the lifetime of the tire. It only took them 12 minutes to fix. This is my second bad experience with Goodyear. I will never use or suggest anyone goes there, especially the franchise one on Belcher and East Bay Drive.

My personal experience with this establishment has been nothing short of a nightmare. I brought my car in for transmission repairs, and it has been a never-ending saga of lies, incompetence, and broken promises. Here's a detailed account of the ordeal I've endured over the past several months, and I feel compelled to share it with others to prevent them from going through a similar ordeal. I have also included screenshots to substantiate my claims. Lie #1: When I inquired about the status of my car, I was told they had "ordered a Solenoid from Jack's Transmission." However, when I followed up with Jack's Transmission, they had no record of any parts being ordered. This was the first indication of dishonesty and deception. Lie #2: The car sat in front of the shop for over a month before they even started diagnosing the issue. They constantly assured me that the car was being worked on, but over two months had passed without any substantial progress. Lie #3: On August 23rd, they claimed to be "working on getting it back together," yet no work had been completed. Lie #4: I was told that the blinker was fixed and that they were addressing the airbag issue. However, the blinker was not fixed when I picked up the car in October, and the airbag issue remained unaddressed. Lie #5: On August 24th, they informed me that a "flushing procedure for the solenoid" was necessary, even though they hadn't replaced the broken part in the transmission. This was clearly an unnecessary step. Lie #6: In early September, I visited the shop to see the car's progress. I observed the transmission pan in the car, and when I excitedly asked if the transmission was fixed, they lied, assuring me it was good to go. This was a missed opportunity to be honest about their inability to fix the car. Lie #7: On September 12th, they claimed that their "buddy, the GTR god," was coming to take the valve body back to his shop. This never happened, and it was clear they were making excuses to buy more time. Lie #8: On September 22nd, they stated that they were working on putting the car back together but were missing a special bolt from Nissan. However, they failed to ensure the right parts were ordered and installed properly. Lie #9: On September 25th, they claimed the correct bolts had arrived, but when I had the car taken to another shop, I discovered they had used subpar bolts instead of the appropriate ones. Lie #10: On September 26th, they promised that I would get my car back that day, but it was just another empty promise. This individual even bizarrely alluded to the possibility of physical confrontation, indicating that he knew his lies were catching up with him. Lie #11: When I asked for an invoice for the part replaced in the transmission, they claimed their system was down and couldn't provide it. This further reinforced their pattern of dishonesty. Lie #12: Even after the truth had been exposed through text messages, they made empty promises of compensation through their attorney but have failed to deliver on these promises. This entire experience has been a nightmare, filled with deception and broken commitments. I strongly advise against entrusting your vehicle or finances to Bruce European Auto Repair. As of October 14th, there has been no attempt from their end to resolve this situation, and it has been an agonizing and costly ordeal.
