there aren't many qualified Porsche repair centers in Miami and this is the best that I have found. I had my car serviced three times from another shop for the same problem - I brought it to German and in the first visit they fixed what the other shop couldn't. The service manager gives you his cell phone and is available at all times. They came in under budget.

Mark has been taking care of my 2006 Acura MDX for about 6 years and has done a fabulous job. He is very thorough, honest, and charges a fair price. He only does what has to be done and lets you know if he sees any issues that you need to keep an eye on. I trust him more than the Acura Dealerships in the Miami, Florida area.

The technicians at VolvTech are very knowledgeable about these often complex cars. Other shops just experiment on a car like my S80 T6 (1999) but the techs here are super professional, quick, and kind. They even have the best prices. They get you back on the road asap. I am so impressed with Rodriguez Brothers. Honest, Reliable, Affordable. I have to say that I will never go to another.Just moved to miami and brought my car in for service. Midas had told me my brakes were bad and would cost 600.00. Alex took a look and said my brakes were fine just need some cleaning. fixed my horn and gave my car an oil change. And it did not take all day. His wife is one of the sweetest people I have met in a long time!I will be a customer for life!!Great Job!!!

This is an excellent mechanical shop! I took my Mercedes with a computer problem that no one could find and after spending hundreds of dollars at the dealer these people found the problem right away. They didn't take advantage of me for being a women and were extremely nice and professional. I strongly recommended this shop.

My first encounter at MPI was the shop cleanliness and organization. It really set the tone for me when bringing my cars for service. This is a one of the few shops where the owner is honest and is ASE certified and a Toyota/Lexus master mechanic. It is a small shop however I have seen him rebuild a Lexus 32 valve V8 and the automatic transmission that it was hooked too. I have some unusual cars, 1977 Ford Ranchero GT, Mazda Millenia, and currently a 1990 Buick Reatta that Buick no longer supports. The Reatta needed new front hubs, charged his cost for the hubs and $80.00 for labor. When the A/C compresser failed he let me supply the parts( special prices for Reatta club members) and told me it would be about $165.00 labor for replacing compressor, drier, orffice tube, evacuate the system and charge the system with ester oil and r 12 supplied by me. It took him about 5 hours instead of 2.5 that he had figured. When I came to pick up the car he refused to charge more for labor. He replaced the crankshaft position sensor which I supplied, he recommended Napa so that is what I bought. As he was driving the car off the lift it stalled and would not restart. Pushed it back on the lift, removed the sensor which involves removing the crankshaft pully and went to NAPA exchanged the sensor installed it and refused to charge for the extra time. When a friend had a personal water craft that seized he repaired that as well. As you might guess I highly recommend him and his shop. It is so unfortunate that usually the people that write reviews are the ones that had one bad experience or clashed with a sales rep. Now when they have a good experience they don't take the time to write about it. I have been to other Firestone location numerous times and have yet to have a problem. Like any place you go to where there are sales involved, the sales people are always going to try to push you a bit.....it's obvious! However, every single time I have been here, the guys have been super nice. There's no BS and they are very curteous. They take the time to explain everything in detail and even show you exactly why you need what you need. I have a Toyota Camry and took it to the dealer for my regular maintenance because it's free with them. The dealer recommended around $700 worth of maintenance. So I decided to go for a second opinion and went to my local Firestone. When I got there, Johnny, the store manager, assisted me, along with David. I told them I wanted an inspection to see what they would recommend. I was a little apprehensive after reading the previous review thinking I was going to get a laundry list of things. However, I was pleasantly surprised when they told me what my car needed. All my fluids were up to date and all they recommended was a tire rotation and an alignment. They mentioned a few things to keep in mind for a future visit but told me I was in no hurry. They basically saved me $600 of expenses on worthless repairs that were not needed for my car yet. And best of all, I was only in there for about 40 minutes, including the estimate and what was done to my car. They even suggested that next time I make an appointment if I was in a rush. So, as a woman I love this place! Knowing that they take the time to show me why my car needs something is great. Great service! Highly recommend!

The Staff & Mech. at Prestige A.P., perform great work; their pricing is not a pocket buster for German Autos. They are well experience with technical and mechanical matters. They service my 2010 BMW 128i and My 2013 Benz C250 Sport. I will not take my cars any where else and you should not either. Plus, they hand wash your car after it's been serviced.
