I took my Pontiac grand am 2005 and Sammy, his mechanic and front desk staff was very helpful. The prices were very reasonable and I was pleased with the oil change and the change of break pads that they did. Thanks! I will definitely come back and I strongly reccommend it.

Being an ex-mechanic I only bring my cars in for service when I lack the tools to do the job. Hence I use(d) this auto center for alignments, mounting tires, balancing tires, and rotating tires (merely because they have a lift and rotate the tires for free). I started using this Goodyear service center after the Midas that I previously used lost their competent manager. When I began using this Goodyear service center there was also an excellent manager. Sadly that manager left, and this service center has degraded in quality to the point that I would consider bringing my car there dangerous. I recently used their tire, rotation, and balancing services for the last time. I have experienced tire pressures in excess of 20 psi over what is recommended by the manufacturer on the door jam, improperly torqued lug nuts (I witnessed this in the shop as well as checked the lugs with my torque wrench when I got home. Improper torquing of lug nuts is quite dangerous.), improper tire balancing (after bringing the car back 3 times), and improper alignment (after bringing the car back three times). I do not recommend this service center for alignments, tire mounting and balancing, or even tire rotation (due to improperly torqued lug nuts). And if the techs are so sloppy as to disregard tire pressures and torque specs, I sure as heck would not want them touching something as crucial as my brakes. I have recently started using Weber Wheel Alignment in West Palm, whose techs are competent and attentive. They got my alignment spot on in one attempt so I never had to bring the car back. They will be getting my business for tire mounting and balancing as well now. Which is saying a lot as I'm located south of this Goodyear, making the trip to Weber quite a bit longer than I'd like for car service.

Terrible business practices that take advantage of the inexperienced. For starters, parts are upcharged well beyond retail: do yourself a favor and amazon them for yourself to see or just go to an auto parts store. Bought the most expensive quality ignition coils at a fraction of their most economic option elsewhere. If you do decide to let them touch your vehicle, don't be surprised if something that was working before you took it in, does not work afterward. They will break your car! Don't be surprised if what you came to get fixed isn't working either. Twice now the truck has gone in with one thing to fix and come out with two. Good luck trying to get your money back without a lawyer. Avoid this place at all costs unless you wanna keep coming back regularly (and not because of the work or service)!

brought my Mercedes in for a diagnostic. I was in a frantic and the front staff calmed me down and reassure me everything would be fine. they gave me a ride to my house. later on that day I got a call from mike and he explained to me what was going on with my vehicle. naturally I thought im a woman the bill going to be outrages but I was wrong it was really affordable and my car was running perfectly after the repair. I picked the car up they detailed it and I told mike I didn't ask for a detail he was like don't worry about it its on the house I am beyond satisfied with this REPAIR facility. they are professional and they really care about their customers, I will be back and highly recommend.

I found Japanese Auto Care on Angie's List and went to them because of the great reviews, and of course because my sister and I both needed major repairs done on our vehicles. One is a Toyota Camry and the other is an old Ford Explorer. The Camry had (still has) an oil leak and the Explorer was (still is) stalling, overheating, leaking A/C, and shaking when the brakes are applied. So that's us in a nutshell. As for the folks at Japanese Auto, they are a father-son team with other mechanics in their employ. I will say that they seemed quite personable both on the phone and in person. Unfortunately, based on the odd and incorrect things they've said to us, they don't seem to know vehicles at all, or are playing dumb to con their customers...but I'm guessing it's the latter rather than the former. Here's an example: the son told me the tires on my Ford were old and needed to be replaced - except that I know that I have nearly BRAND NEW Michelins on there, so??? So when my sister noticed that her Camry CONTINUED to indicate an oil leak AFTER Japanese Auto charged her $1,344.47 for "fixing" it, she had two mechanics at another auto place confirm what she suspected. She went back to Japanese Auto because she thought the nature of the repair may have been complicated and that they had just made a mistake - well trusting them was her mistake. The son actually seemed confused by her request to rectify the issue, and after having her vehicle "checked" (whether they even took a sideways glance at it is questionable) for THE SECOND TIME, came back with the claim that the radiator suddenly needed to be replaced, so they charged her ANOTHER $335.77(?!) and said nothing of oil leak until she made repeated inquiries. Now how is it they missed the radiator problem THE FIRST TIME? The simple answer is that they are making things up.
