We were broke down while travelling. Myron dropped what he was working on and got us back on the road. The started testing the truck while the tow truck driver was still unhooking! Myron even loaned us his car to go get something for lunch while they worked on it. Less than 2 hours later we were back on the road. If you have a Ford diesel don't let anyone else in Orlando touch it!!!

This place is simply awesome! I went there a little while ago to have multiple repairs done to my car. They gave me an estimate on what I NEEDED to get done then gave me an estimate on what HAD to be done because of my financial situation. I lost my job right after that and they let me pay and stored my car for 2 weeks while I paid them off. FREE OF CHARGE. Who does that anymore?!? These guys are great. Plain and simple

I called the shop and explained I have a 3rd party warranty and an AC issue. Their inclination on the phone is "no problem bring it in and we will take a look at it". I brought my car in for diagnostics only. I was not informed there would be a charge for this service. They called me to inform me that my issue was not covered under the warranty and would cost me nearly $2000.00. I advised I would be unable to pay that at this time. They took it upon themselves to complete other things and charge me nearly $200.00 for services I did not authorize during "diagnostics". I wouldn't get my car fixed here ever. Shady crooks.

We brought in a used vehicle we had just purchased because the gears were not shifting smooth and there was a troubling vibration at low speeds. The diagnosed the issue, added an additive that immediately resolved the issue and we did not get soaked on the cost. We truly appreciate the fact that we have been able to rely on Dealer Service Alternative team to be ethical, efficient, helpful and prompt. They are the best, and we won't trust anyone else with our cars!

I'm relatively new in the area, and needed to find a reliable automotive repair and service shop to help me with numerous issues that have been creeping up with my car recently. I had been noticing some issues with my suspensions, alignment, and some strange things happening with my engine, and since I'm not an expert, I needed a shop that would provide honest, friendly, and courteous service and wouldn't try to take me (and my wallet) for a ride. I was pleased when I called Car Port Specialist on a whim and had a pleasant conversation with them over the phone. They were patient with me and didn't talk down to me or make me feel small for not knowing exactly what the problem was. I came in the same day and they did some diagnostic testing, and I didn't even have to pay from the estimate. For me, this was big; other shops I called had no patience for me being unsure about the exact nature of the problem, and would have charged a substantial amount for the estimate. In the end, I was expecting the repairs to be more expensive than they were. Ultimately the engine issue was minimal, and the prices for everything were extremely fair. I called Medic on Wheels because my car broke down on John Young Parkway and I was going to school. Mark the owner had my car towed somewhere that he could work on it and come to find out that my water pump in my car went out and he had back on the road that day. Mark took very good care of me and he made sure that he did not leave any grease on my car. He cleaned up after himself, and his prices are decent. He is not like all the other shops that charge you out the butt. I'm thankful that I found him and if I ever have another problem I'm going to Mark.
