This is a one of the few shops where the owner is honest and is ASE certified and a Toyota/Lexus master mechanic. It is a small shop however I have seen him rebuild a Lexus 32 valve V8 and the automatic transmission that it was hooked too. I have some unusual cars, 1977 Ford Ranchero GT, Mazda Millenia, and currently a 1990 Buick Reatta that Buick no longer supports. The Reatta needed new front hubs, charged his cost for the hubs and $80.00 for labor. When the A/C compresser failed he let me supply the parts( special prices for Reatta club members) and told me it would be about $165.00 labor for replacing compressor, drier, orffice tube, evacuate the system and charge the system with ester oil and r 12 supplied by me. It took him about 5 hours instead of 2.5 that he had figured. When I came to pick up the car he refused to charge more for labor. He replaced the crankshaft position sensor which I supplied, he recommended Napa so that is what I bought. As he was driving the car off the lift it stalled and would not restart. Pushed it back on the lift, removed the sensor which involves removing the crankshaft pully and went to NAPA exchanged the sensor installed it and refused to charge for the extra time. When a friend had a personal water craft that seized he repaired that as well. As you might guess I highly recommend him and his shop. The Staff & Mech. at Prestige A.P., perform great work; their pricing is not a pocket buster for German Autos. They are well experience with technical and mechanical matters. They service my 2010 BMW 128i and My 2013 Benz C250 Sport. I will not take my cars any where else and you should not either. Plus, they hand wash your car after it's been serviced. My first encounter at MPI was the shop cleanliness and organization. It really set the tone for me when bringing my cars for service. Meeting Rey and Jack impressed me on how they diagnosed my problems on the spot and were quick on their turnaround times. I'm not the type of person to try and get something for free but I am a firm believer in what you pay for you will receive and the fair pricing for the excellent service was something that left me an impression that I just felt I had to leave a positive review. It is so unfortunate that usually the people that write reviews are the ones that had one bad experience or clashed with a sales rep. Now when they have a good experience they don't take the time to write about it. I have been to other Firestone location numerous times and have yet to have a problem. Like any place you go to where there are sales involved, the sales people are always going to try to push you a bit.....it's obvious! However, every single time I have been here, the guys have been super nice. There's no BS and they are very curteous. They take the time to explain everything in detail and even show you exactly why you need what you need. I have a Toyota Camry and took it to the dealer for my regular maintenance because it's free with them. The dealer recommended around $700 worth of maintenance. So I decided to go for a second opinion and went to my local Firestone. When I got there, Johnny, the store manager, assisted me, along with David. I told them I wanted an inspection to see what they would recommend. I was a little apprehensive after reading the previous review thinking I was going to get a laundry list of things. However, I was pleasantly surprised when they told me what my car needed. All my fluids were up to date and all they recommended was a tire rotation and an alignment. They mentioned a few things to keep in mind for a future visit but told me I was in no hurry. They basically saved me $600 of expenses on worthless repairs that were not needed for my car yet. And best of all, I was only in there for about 40 minutes, including the estimate and what was done to my car. They even suggested that next time I make an appointment if I was in a rush. So, as a woman I love this place! Knowing that they take the time to show me why my car needs something is great. Great service! Highly recommend!

Don't listen to the negative reviews, I just got my vehicle fixed by them, My nissan could not run better. They listen to you and they know how important your car is. These guys deserve recognition, My nissan is now fixed and I can finally drive to work safely. Best and most trustworthy mechanics in South Florida.
