I had trouble with my A/C and the dealer said I had a leak and it would cost over $2,000 to fix it. I was referred to Richie and he found it was just the motor and fixed it for half the price and it has not had a problem since. I now only go to Richie as he is fair, honest, and works quickly. Consumer beware! I took my vehicle in for a car wash on 10/14. They didn't retract the mirrors and my driver side mirror was cracked. I brought it to the attention of the Carwash manager (Mr. Cruz) who claimed no responsibility. He said that I was responsible for retracting the mirrors because customers had complained about manually retracting them. He pointed to a disclaimer that is posted "after" you drop off the car and if you aren't using the side door you would never see it. I'll be advising the Better Business Bureau of this facility
