If I could give more than five stars I would. The guys at budget are AMAZING. I had some issues with my truck and they fixed all the problems for a very reasonable price. The level of positive customer service and honesty I receive from Jim and all the other guys is something that you wont get any where else. They are more concerned about the customers than making a dollar ,which says alot for them. I will not consider taking any vehicle that I own to anywhere other than budget. These guys are straight shooters that you can really trust. Willie and his crew fixed my GMC 1500 Denali when the dealership couldn’t get parts….I’m sure you’ve heard the excuses Covid this and Covid that. Well Willie doesn’t make excuses, he and his crew gets it done! Trust them before you trust a dealership!

They changed the timing belt water pump the belts were bad they reinstalled them never called me I have multiple vehicles I'm very disappointed and will not return

I took my Fiat 500 in for body repair after a collision. I couldn't be happier with the results. They were professional, quick and efficient. They communicated directly with me and the insurance company in a timely fashion. My car looked better when I picked it up than I did when I bought it new. Nice guys and they mean well. If you are interested in a top notch professional shop keep looking. This is an old school garage and mechanic that struggles to get the repair completely done the first time you bring your vehicle in. Fully expect not to have your vehicle ready when promised and to get it back dirty inside and out. They will make the repair work eventually but expect to waste a lot of your time in the process.

After being told by a local dealership that my car needed hundreds of dollars of work to include brakes and all fluids , I took my car to Gunder's and was enlightened to the fact that I did not need any of that at all. I appreciate their honesty and integrity and have recommended them to friends that have also had great results. Thankful for an honest place to have my car taken care of on every level.

Been here twice, they've tried to scam me each time. Pull in with their 18.99 coupon, leave with a $49 or higher bill. The last time they tried to tell me I'd need, among other things, a $14.95 "toggle plug" for my oil pan as it looked like I had run over something and bent the pan. I told them to forget the oil change, I'd get it done somewhere else. When I got home, I examined my oil pan....Guess what...no dent. There is a minor scratch, about 3" away from the plug...no interference with any of the function of the pan or the existing plug. My opinion, these guys are crooks.
