I came to Exquisite after viewing others clients' 5-star reviews. I was not disappointed. When I indicated the front desk associate the reason for my visit, she immediately spoke with her superior and asked a technician (who had not yet gone to lunch - it was,in fact,lunch time), to come out and look at the misaligned front bumper of my 2016 Mercedes Benz E350. Without any delay, he brought out the necessary tools and immediately loosened and realigned the bumper. I was impressed with the professionalism of the Staff, and the thorough knowledge and skill of the technician. If there were a higher than 5-star rating for this enterprise, I would not hesitate to select it. Very highly recommended and thoroughly satisfied with the service. Thank you!

LAST TIME I WENT THERE DIDNT LIKE HOW MY CAR CAME OUT SOOO THE OTHER DAY PASS BY THEY TOLD MI THEY FIRED YOU FOR NOT PAYIN RENT

First of all this Body Shop is the worst! I have a 2006 honda civic, which was grey and had it repainted white inside door jams and all. I talked to Mike and he did it for $1300 and said it had to be cash only, so I ahead and left him the car. HUGE MISTAKE! First of all, it wasn't even base coat clear coat, the paint was Urethane (wasn't part of the deal) next the door jams were all dripped and they were peeling, I don't know if they didn't sand or sprayed primer but it was all peeling, and another thing was that when they assembled or disassembled the car they broke my tail lamps and some interior plastic pieces, the wheel weld (inner fenders) were all white when they finished painted which also started peeling, body work wasn't done right either, I called and he said to go ahead and take it back to him but I think he just made it worse because now the car is full of touch ups everywhere...I'm just going to take the car somewhere professional to do it and pay $1000 or more again. It should've been done right the first time. I would not suggest anyone to take their cars here, it's better going to a shop that knows what their doing!

Terrible company. I paid up front to get new tires and rims mounted and my car aligned. They did not align it even though I had already paid for the service. I had to come back one week later to get it aligned. Then the day after I noticed 2 screws missing on the rear tire. When I called the guy on the phone he laughed at me and said they did not unmount the tires to align them. Overall, horrible experience and lack of professionalism.

SAVE YOUR TIME! Go to another shop who will dedicate their time to their customers! They will keep your car their for MONTHS! After having my car at their shop for a few months, my car does not have a complete coat of finished paint. You will never have a response from them, any status or update in regards to your car, you will have to appear personally at the shop. SAVE YOUR TIME AND GO TO ANOTHER PLACE!! THIS PLACE WILL GIVE YOU A HEADACHE!
