I went to SNG Collisions because I got into a car accident and I was looking for a mom and pop shop. I was recommended to SNG by a friend and decided I would give it a try over the usual corporate locations (who always overcharge me). By far, this is the best customer service I've received. The man who owns the shop was extremely helpful and you can tell he was a true family man. Him and his son own the shop and go above and beyond to meet the customer's needs. I was so thankful I found them to fix my car, give it a whole paint job and not over-charge me for the services. It was such a relief to deal with family like men who don't need corporate training to do their job. I will definitely come back for a detail/car wash. Also, they sell used cars.

Car was painted a month ago; we noticed several errors: bubbled up paint, areas with no paint, scratches, etc... errors that should NOT be on a freshly painted car. We brought the car back to the shop several times. At one point the person who originally worked on it quit (no surprise there). Finally brought the car in yesterday. When Mike got around to us he was very accusatory and made statements like "well, you can't expect it to be perfect" and "we can try to fix it but the's still no guarantee." We picked the car up today and there are more issues than before! I mean, a 2 year old could stay within the lines better than these guys. There's paint on the window, tires/rims, door handles, I mean everywhere! There was even a bit of blue paint on the car (the car is cream colored). We are tired of going back and forth with Mike, therefore I would like to warn anyone considering this business to stay away. You are better off buying paint from Home Depot and doing it yourself

This shop doesnt answer calls promptly and takes forever to let you know the cost of your repairs and it takes a while to repair your vehicle, so expect to be without a car for at least 2 wks unless you get a rental.

I recently came to Hoti Imports Auto Repair shop in dismay over my broken a/c. Upon my arrival I was already filled with disappointment and confusion on to why nobody could diagnose the a/c issue with my car. One shop quoted me over $800 to even take a look at her, another shop told me they couldn't figure out the problem and yet I owed them $300 for the time it took them to figure out that they didn't know what they were doing. There is a saying that the third time is always a charm, well in my case it was! People lack integrity in business and are only focused on making a profit instead of gaining loyal customers. Especially if you are a woman, the easier it seems for men at least, to take advantage of us. My point-in-case is this.. Hoti Imports Auto Repair not only fixed my a/c the same day I brought it in, they also didn't rip me off!! I wasn't charged for the time it took them to figure out the problem, nor was I charged an amount anywhere close to $800. I have gained an enormous amount of respect and trust for this shop, and this will be the ONLY place I take Blair (my cars name) to be worked on. If you are looking for a hard working and trust worthy place to take your cars, then Hoti Import Auto Repair is the place to do it! Just a heads up, stay far far away from this unprofessional inferior body/paint shop. You will end up paying more in the long run to have their work corrected and re-done correctly and professionally. You will not receive a refund either for the poor workmanship. Pay a few dollars more and use a certified established honest car dealer body shop. The work done at this body/paint shop is below standard and deserves a F Rating. Factory quoted parts are not installed and after market cheaper parts are used. Paint is not applied smoothly and has orange peel effect. The clear coat will also have runs and a rough texture. This cannot be buffed out. For a little more money go to a car dealer local body/paint shop. These shops fix low end to high end cars and do a quality job that will be happy with. Don't do what I did and use Dave's Auto Body and then have to take it to a reputable car dealer body/paint shop to have the work done right.
