They came back saying the battery is too old must be changed… I been handed an invoice worth than a grocery list. Took a close look on each item, astonished! I ask Tim Jenkins “owner” they forgot to list the air I been breathing while waiting for my car and the ink used to print the invoice. I call that pic-pocket. He apologize and asked his guy to take off $68.56 of no sense items. I will never go back and never recommend this business to anyone. Dishonest to the marrows.
Brought my truck in, 2nd time here truck wasn’t driving right had it t... read more Brought my truck in, 2nd time here truck wasn’t driving right had it towed there customer service and everyone their is nice, just the main issue I have is they convinced me to replace my water pump as it was leaking supposedly, didn’t really wanna spend the money was gunna do it myself, Mr mark had convinced me after he got the price down a bit so I said why not I guess it’s already there, they broke my ac compressor trying to get to it then called me told me they broke it and wanted me to pay for it… lol, idk it’s really just starting to cement my belief if you want something done right do it yourself, probably won’t be coming back unless theirs issues with the work they did. Rubbed me the wrong way to break something trying to repair something else and not take responsibility for breaking it, regardless of the situation idk, aren’t they liable for damage they do to my car while servicing it? Idk how these things work just really rubs me the wrong way
