I haven't had a "personal" mechanic for my vehicles for over 20 years. I was recommended to Bill's Supergas about a year ago - and right away, I knew I was home. Bill's top two mechanics, Chuck and Rick, are fantastic. Not only are they top notch mechanics, they are also top notch customer service reps. They really understand taking care of the customer. Recently I took my truck in because I thought I needed new brakes. Rick and Chuck checked it out and told me I didn't need brakes. They put the wheels back on and said "See ya next time." Every time I go to Paul Mancini for service on my 2001 Cadillac SLS, he is thorough and fair. I have had new tires put on, A/C fixed, Oil Changed. Paul always has helpful advise to save me money and always tells me what I should do next on my 11 year old car and what I can put off a little while longer. I have been going to them since 2009. I absolutely love and trust them and would highly recommend Mancini's on Old 54, in New Port Richey!

NOT HAPPY! Made an appointment, when I arrived at the shop only requested LOF, it was clearly stated, they went ahead and did the diagnostics. First of all, the shop charged me excessive fees....READ your bill....I was charged for use of a "shop towel" to do a diagnostic, go figure! If I had the work done, I would still have to take my vehicle to a dealership...they can't do the "total job". Why bother!
