I'm sure this shop does okay work on tire installations and alignments, but I recommend going elsewhere for major vehicle repairs. After having my AC compressor and condenser replaced, the belt tensioner now makes a rattling sound whenever the compressor clutch is engaged. Matt claimed the new compressor changed the angle of the belt, causing the noise, but I find this explanation unconvincing. Somehow, they managed to damage the belt tensioner in the process and now want to charge me more for the fix.

Dropped my wife’s car off with Ian to have some simple repairs done. He got the car back quick and done right. He was even able to point out some common failure points on the R56’s so that I can keep an eye out and have them repaired before major damage will occur. Very nice people I meet them the first time a couple of mths. Ago they put a part on my 4x4 when no one else around would even talk to me so when I needed work on my jeep I took it to them and they checked it out called with EST. And fixed it. This is by far the worst place you could go to buy tires. My tires are less than a year old and my front tire continues to lose air. I came in at 8 a.m. this morning which is a Saturday to try to get my tire repaired and my tires rotated. I was told they were too busy and asked if I had made an appointment. Quite honestly I never heard of having to make an appointment to get a tire fixed, so I was quite surprised that was even mentioned. I was told that I would have to leave my car there which was impossible since I live in another town and I had no way to leave the car as they suggested so they could "try to get to it later." I also told them that I had to go to an oral surgeon on Monday and didn't know when I would be able to bring the car back in. They did not care one bit and I told them I made the biggest mistake purchasing tires there. Again they could care less. Not long ago I called them to find out what it would cost to change a battery cable on my Honda Accord. Believe it or not I was quoted $650 to just replace a battery cable, so I assume that was because they didn't care to do the work. This morning there were two people waiting and one car in the bay, but they couldn't spend a half an hour on a steady customer. My plan now is to cancel my credit card with Tire Kingdom and in the future, buy my tires elsewhere.
