Be Aware!! Warning. Below ZERO service! After a car accident, I took my BMW to their shop. They said that they would fix everything. They didn't. They damaged the car. Horrible. Bmw dealership said that the car has frame damaged from the accident and it is dangerous to drive it. BMW dealership gave me a report. Caliber did not mention that matter, and told me that car was fixed. But it was not. No experience at all. They didn't fix the trunk right. The door paint was completely different than the original one. My car has paint shades now because of their bad job. They damaged the roof. Water leak while the weather is rainy. The did big damage inside the car. My car is convertible. They damaged and cut the wires between the trunk and the roof. Bad management is plus. Please take your vehicle anywhere else. This is the worst shop in USA. After they got the insurance check, my car was damaged more. It took them One year to fix my car, and they didn't.. they did more damage. They deserve below zero stars, and I will SPARED the word

Although we ended up having to total the car, so I didn't get to see their bodywork, I am confident that their customer advocacy and attention to detail would carry through into an outstanding repair. This is an excellent auto shop! I was most amazed at how knowledgeable and genuine the owner of the shop is. My driver side window wouldn’t close after I lowered it down on late Tuesday night. I contacted Wright’s Car Care the following morning and I drove to his shop. Ate breakfast and walked through some of the stores nearby (great marketplace nearby), and I couldn’t believe my car was finished! I had another auto shop that would have charged me 250 more and the service would have been subpar in comparison to Wright’s. If you’re trying to decide which auto shop to go to, Wright’s Car Care is my recommendation.

I had overheated my 96 Honda civic and the dealer wanted $800+ to repair it. I removed the head and took it to wills and they milled the head, pressure tested it and cleaned it. I did not elect to do a valve job at this time since the car ran ok. they only charged me $112 and were done in a matter of hours. After buying gaskets I reassembeled it and the car ran cool with no other problems. My total price only totaled $200 thanks to wills for the professional service and I an on the road again and could not be more pleased.

I am so happy with them , they gave me a price and they went over and above my expectations and no cost over runs ! I WILL be a return customer !

TRUE Automotive, is as always the best repair facility in the Atlanta area. Issac, and his staff in the Sandy Springs location, are always very friendly and knowledgeable.

Compton's Auto & Body Shop is at this location and the reason why I'm posting this message. When anything comes up with his shop, address or name, I want the public to be warned. Compton's shop is owned and operated by Mike Compton, who is not honest, does not support the work he and his staff does and charges customers based upon what he thinks you will pay. If you care about your car, then bypass this place. I tried to overlook the Sandford and Son appearance, and give them some business since a friend recommended them. Well, that friend made a huge mistake and isn't happy with their services as well. Do Not Use!
