Our son was driving from St Paul to his college in Dallas when he started having car trouble on our Volvo S80. Thankfully, he made it to a hotel in a suburb of Des Moines, IA and started searching for a repair shop with the hope that the car could be fixed the next day. Tuffy in Ankeny was able to fit him in for an appointment, did a very thorough review of the problem, did a lot of troubleshooting and even connected with our mechanic in St Paul to review the recent history of the car. The receptionist was horrible. I asked for a U Haul which the website said they had, She looked at me and said "Good Luck". I'm not impressed that they would let someone with no people skills talk to all of their customers. I will never return to this shop just because of the receptionist. I hope she's worth all the sales they'll lose because of her bad attitude.
