I had a great experience with Altox automotive as my 2004 BMW 525i car had some problem with headlight & seat etc and they fixed everything without any hassle. The two main people Roman and Justin were very friendly and gave a reasonable answer to any question with regard to the repair and tried to reduce the repair cost as much as possible. I would highly recommend to others to go and try Altox Automotive once and you will become their regular customer.

I agree with Gene. In my case I drive a diesel Sprinter, very hard to get good service on to begin with because it is all German. I live in Montana too. I was referred to Westport Autohouse by a friend whose personal experience was very similar to the other review. So I called and made an appointment. The owner - Mike- insisted that because he had to order parts I should plan on leaving it overnight. I told him - Ok but- I had to be finished by 4 PM on Thursday since i had to be in another part of the state for business on Friday. The initial estimate was fine and was accurate to what needed to be done according to my research on the problems and the symptoms. The final bill came in a bit higher but they had completed all the repairs, the van drove smoothly and perfectly for the first time in months !! I am elated. I had been in a Mercedes Benz dealership earlier to get the same things done and they wanted over $2,000 more and most of that was for the wrong stuff anyway. I highly recommend Westport Autohouse and plan to use them every time I need a repair in the future. Tim B.

I have been going here for nearly 10 years now. Mike has always been honest, up front and fair. He lets me know what needs to be done right away, what doesn't need to be done now but will need to be done eventually, and what doesn't need to be done but that I might consider. He knows my financial situation and bases his suggestions around that. I can't recommend him strongly enough. Even though I no longer live in the Tower Grove area, I've kept him as my primary mechanic for nearly all my car needs.

I stopped at Sal's one day to ask for directions, and after he helped me figure out my way, he noticed an indent on the side of my one of my car's front panels. He asked if I would wait just a minute. He came back with his tools, asked if I would like him to fix it, and proceeded to work a huge improvement on getting the dent out. He wouldn't accept any payment and sent me on my way with a smile. I definitely plan on using him when I need a mechanic next.

ALEX is a big lire and thief back in DEC 2012 i told Alex to by me a car and ship it overseas to my home country after i found the car and payed him he said the car will arrive in 30 days after that the car didn't show up i called the original owner and said Alex didn't pay me anything. when i told Alex he said no i will buy you another car ....etc the same lie i payed him $36.000.00

These guys advertised a front bumper on their website for a Mercedes which they didn't have. They took the payment of $887.86 and have not supplied the part or returned the money. I would advise not to deal with them and find another supplier.
