I was taking care on time and all went well

The service was good and I liked the quick check they did on everything and sending me a report of what I may need done in the near future. The only thing I didn’t like was the price when I asked about a tire rotation. They wanted 65 bucks to rotate the tires which is absolutely to much.

They did very good work.

I stumbled on Pro Automotive when I ran over a huge bolt and it stuck in my tire. Mike immediately got me in, repaired my tire, and told me about their other services, including their thorough check-overs with oil changes and the discounts you receive with each oil change. I took my car back to them and both he and Jennifer are super nice, they explain things in a way anyone can understand, the shop is reasonably priced, and they do great work.

Hod a tire that needed to be patched. The repair did not properly seal. They gave me a full refund.

I want to thank everyone at North Belt automotive for doing a great job on my car. They were really fast and professional I brought my car into the shop at 4:40pm Friday(the shop closes at 5). They allowed me to wait inside with my toddler son until my ride came, which unfortunately was running late. They called me by 11:30 Saturday evening. If you needed anything done to your car I would definitely prefer this place!! -Arika Ellis

Great people work here. I took in an old 1972 351C block because of some stuck bolts I couldn't get with my tools at home. They got it off with no problem, they didn't charge me for anything. I had planned on paying for the use of the tool and a few minutes but they wouldnt let me. Definitely where I am taking my business from now on.

I agree with Gene. In my case I drive a diesel Sprinter, very hard to get good service on to begin with because it is all German. I live in Montana too. I was referred to Westport Autohouse by a friend whose personal experience was very similar to the other review. So I called and made an appointment. The owner - Mike- insisted that because he had to order parts I should plan on leaving it overnight. I told him - Ok but- I had to be finished by 4 PM on Thursday since i had to be in another part of the state for business on Friday. The initial estimate was fine and was accurate to what needed to be done according to my research on the problems and the symptoms. The final bill came in a bit higher but they had completed all the repairs, the van drove smoothly and perfectly for the first time in months !! I am elated. I had been in a Mercedes Benz dealership earlier to get the same things done and they wanted over $2,000 more and most of that was for the wrong stuff anyway. I highly recommend Westport Autohouse and plan to use them every time I need a repair in the future. Tim B.

Amazing customer service! I was given a breakdown of services I would need ..they even offered discounts. They were really honest and answered all of my questions. Also given their opinion on which services I should prioritize since I wasn't able to pay for all of the services that day. 100000% would recommend to everyone. We all know how hard it is to find trustworthy business people today who are genuinely concerned with your satisfaction, but these guys are the real deal! I've been a customer for several years and don't have to concern myself with wondering if I'm being given the right diagnosis or solution to the problem. It makes all the difference. These guys advertised a front bumper on their website for a Mercedes which they didn't have. They took the payment of $887.86 and have not supplied the part or returned the money. I would advise not to deal with them and find another supplier.

They charged me too much from start to end 3440.00 and my engine is locked up on me small claims court is where im going
