I dropped off a flat tire. Within two hours, I received a phone call that the tire was ready. I immediately returned to the store and the staff immediately replaced the doughnut with the repaired tire, returned the doughnut to its home in the truck, checked all four tires, and test drove the car until the tire pressure sensor kicked in. Just the experience I hoped for.

Car was still making noise when wheels rolled, even after alignment adjustment. Sales manager took the time to explain the cause of the noise. Good customer service.

I was told by another tire store that the size tire I needed for my truck was not correct because they didn't have it. My sons Camry had a slow leak on one of the tires. I asked if they could diagnose the problem. They looked at it and said it could not be patched because the tires were 6 years old. I wished they would have taken more time with me because today I looked at them 6 days after the service and two of the four tires have cracks on the sidewall. Not safe at all but they did not show me that.

I bought a set of tires.on the way home the check tires light came on. I return to the store. One tire only had 20# of pressure. Apparently the tech didn’t double check the pressure. My car was serviced quickly. The price was fair. Everyone I dealt with was kind. The tires I’m extremely happy with. However, since picking my car up when I make a right turn there is a horrible noise that I hadn’t ever noticed before. At first I thought there was a stick under the car but it was clear. Not sure what the noise is but it’s concerning and now I have to deal with that and the expense that will go with it.

I blew out a tire last Saturday and called the store about 1 pm. They were so nice. AAA came & put the spare on & I drove directly to the store. They replaced the tire & I was on my way by 4 pm. The service was great.

Got a call about my car passing inspection but to watch 3 of my tires for wear and possible replacement. No pressure to buy tires now or from Plaza Tire. I unexpectedly had nails in two tires. The one wasn’t leaking, but the other was more in the sidewall and couldn’t be fixed. Recently I took my two cars to Plaza Tire on two different days for the FREE tire rotation service. Since the service was going to be free, I was not sure how quickly the work would be done. I was very pleased that the service was completed as promised. On both days I was greeted by a very friendly and helpful service manager. I think his name was Joe. They found no leak with soapy water so they pulled it off of the truck and put it in a tub of water. Still no leaks. They checked all of the other tires as well. My usual garage repair shop was fully booked and reccomended Plaza Tire. I was a walk in customer with a tire repair that needed to be done. The manager checked the work sheet and found an opening. I was there less than 45 minutes. There was a waiting area. They also had coffee. What a deal. Thanks, for the help with the tire.

I received very prompt service when I developed a leak in one tire just before closing. Unfortunately, the repair did not solve the problem. I mounted the spare and returned the next day to drop off the leaking tire. It was again fixed promptly and, of course, at no further charge.

Left my car early in the day and it was finished by early afternoon. All requested services were addressed.

Had a blow out on 141, needed it replaced immediately since I was traveling out of town and spare donut wouldn’t handle a trip. New car with 6000 miles on the tires, so I needed an exact match——the dealership that sold me the car, Dobbs, Firestone, Costco—- none of those could provide a tire and mount it within 2-6 days. Only Plaza was able to hunt one down, mount and balance it within 3.5 hours so I could take it back to the side of the road, install it, and go on my trip.

Reasonable price for tires - blew one but needed all 4 as it is AWD. One of the balancing weights fell off a tire the next day, but they took me in when I arrived, about an hour before closing. I didn't notice the vibration the day I picked up my vehicle because I didn't drive it over 35mph, but the next day, I had to drive on the highway, and the vehicle shook at speeds over 50mph.

This last visit found me making appointments almost 2 weeks ahead for an oil change and tire rotation for BOTH of our cars on the same day. That day came, but one employee was out sick for the day and crimped the schedule, so I ended up leaving the first car over-night since they weren't going to finish the work until well after 3:00 and I had a schedule conflict. No problem...completely understandable. When I arrived early the next morning, I dropped off the other car, and when paying the bill I ASKED if using my Plaza Tire Credit Card gave me any benefit, and was told "Oh, yeah", and I got $5 off the service. Just a few hours later, when picking up the other car, I again paid with the Plaza Card but did not specifically ASK, and assumed the same discount would be applied. Looking at the bill at home, NOPE...don't know what happened ?? I would think your system would RECOGNIZE the card??

After using the shop at least for the last 12 years and was always pleased, the experience was less than pleasing. First thing was the call in and how rude the store manager was on the call. We dropped us off for an inspection and an oil change. I sent wife to pick up car she came back with $174.00 Inspection/oil change. We were told oil change for $69. Which included 5 quarts of Synthetic oil and filter. When she picked it up and I totally understand that it needed a half quart Extra. Charging her extra $54 for the the oil and $15 extra for the oil filter. When I asked for an explanation she was told it was a special oil filter which nobody had told us upfront in addition she was told that they really didn’t have the oil that her vehicle took but they put something else in instead this should have been communicated prior to the oil change being completed.

I bought a set of high performance tires a couple months prior from Plaza. There was damage done to two of my tires/rims due to something on the interstate that I hit (tried but couldn’t avoid it-was winter). I was concerned due to the damage to the sidewall of 2 of my tires. One worse than the other with big gashes cut deeply into my tires. After inspection of the damage, Plaza replaced 1 and stated the other, where it was sliced was in the area of “rim protection rubber.” Service was good, I rated a 3??for amenities bc there was no coffee, water, soda machines, nothing that I could purchase or that they offered while I waited. That change would be nice for when I come back to get my tires rotated/serviced.

Plaza Tire is the best,I had a leak in my tire and took it to them with no appointment. They were able to fix the tire by plugging it. When the leak started, I was near a competitor and since I didn't want to drive too far on a flat tire, I went there. They wanted $425 for one new tire then tried to sell me a whole set of new tires. I had them put my spare on so I could drive it to Plaza. I trust Plaza with all my vehicles and know they will do what is needed and not try to upsell me on anything I do not need.

I go back and he tells me it takes time to go off. and as I drove the other icons related to having my spare in place. They did go off. abs, etc. I really thought your company would insure that I would leave and car would be in good shape and I would NOT have to return. After all you provide service and if monitor was defective it is OPPORTUNITY to make more money. Turns out your staff DID NOT fill the tires properly. I had pressure checked at HONDA. All the tires were only at 30 lbs. YOUR staff told me they were 34 or 35. which was clearly inaccurate. As soon as tires were inflated properly the monitor light went out. 3 stars for availability of tires from stock, prompt service (same day without any pressure from me), tire recommendation for suitable brand and type of tire for my purposes, tires installed and pressures within zone of my vehicle (no tire pressure lights on), quick in / out time - not a lot of dawdling with paperwork minus 2 stars for misrepresentation of cost by nearly 4% of the total purchase cost ($30 on $800). the cost of these tires 'out the door' was misrepresented to me purposefully to avoid quoting the true cost. when I specifically requested 'out the door' pricing (TAXES EXCLUDED AND NOT PART OF THIS COMPLAINT) I was given 'mounted and balanced' costs, and the cost for adding road hazard coverage, BUT NOT the costs for nitrogen and other ancillary costs. those were +$30 over and above mounting, balancing, taxes. I will NOT USE PLAZA again UNLESS I am refunded the $30 misquoted value in the form of a check. No 'credit for future service' or similar offer will be considered. Plaza has to make the cost right as quoted and if this is done, they'll get an opportunity to earn my business again in the future. I was also told that an alignment check would be performed on my 2019 RAM without my authorization. I had to call back to advise that my car is under warranty and PLAZA was NOT to do any such check.

The garage technicians were great. The office guy (Scott) was very pushy and combative towards me. He pressured me into buying the tires I did not want and automatically added 20 dollars for nitrogen which I never asked for or wanted and he added 39.80 for tire protection plan which I also did not ask for. He also charged me 16.00 for tire disposal without telling me. I would have gotten rid of the old tires myself. Totals of 75.80 were a surprise to me. This past visit they were crazy busy yet managed to get me out in very little time. A snag was found with my tire order and the front desk person took care of the issue very quickly actually having a solution offer when he presented me with the problem. He was very kind and courteous to every person who walked thru the door. I made sure and told the on staff manager how kind the employee was to the customers. I placed an order before leaving for 4 new tires for my other vehicle as well.

This makes the I don't know how many time I've brought a vehicle in for service to Plaza and the service was great! We had brought our vehicle in out of concern for a possible bad tire or rim, and after they checked it out quite thoroughly there was no actual issue. They even rechecked it at our request just to be sure and set out minds at ease, and they told us there was no charge. Who does that anymore? I started using Plaza Tire Service several years ago and ALWAYS received a good experience and fast reliable service from them. The prices are better than other places, and they seem more concerned with fixing it to customer satisfaction than with selling anything. I'd gladly recommend them to anyone!

I first tried Plaza Tire a few years ago when a friend described her own experience with them - an event that turned really ugly due to their technician's inexperience. But Plaza Tire stepped up, recommended the friend take the vehicle to an authorized dealer for the brand, explaining that only they would have the right tools on hand to perform the repair - and Plaza Tire picked up the bill for over $900. I have since used two different Plaza tire locations for repairs, tires and regular oil service, and every single time they have been fairly priced and always efficient. I trust them implicitly to give me the straight scoop.

Very prompt service. I called requesting a tire quote on Wednesday, called back on Thursday to set an appointment for Friday. Not only were they able to fit me in quickly, but they had all the information from the prior day's phone call by looking up my phone number so I didn't have to tell them everything again (size of tires, brand, amount quoted, etc). I'm happy with the service I get there. This current trip started out as an oil change and tire repair, but I had a rear brake line pop as they were backing my truck out of the shop. Repairing that took almost two weeks, much longer than I expected. The problem was circumstantial and understandable. This happened the week of Christmas and Covid has left them short staffed.

I saw a coupon for around $23.95 for an oil change-5 quarts of oil. Asked about semi-synthetic(high mileage) which I thought was $39.95 plus a $7.50 -$10.00 coupon. Somehow, because we supposedly needed a new oil plug-which we weren’t called about (my husband changed the oil the previous time-wasn’t leaking and was WAY overdue for a change-told we also needed new wipers ( which had been replaced a few months before) and air filter also-we also told we would take care of...our bill was almost $75.00!!! Said coupon covered the 1/2 of quart of oil because the car took 5 1/2 quarts of oil-news to us, owned for 5-6 years??? But really...$35.00 MORE than advertised, won’t be going back for any more oil changes here-plus guy was very rude when we questioned all the extra charges-having been in sales myself, the least he could have done was to apologize for the misunderstanding and not calling or being a little more courteous about the need for the plug!!!
