We always use high quality parts in our repairs; through the years we’ve been in business we’ve found that it just doesn’t pay to use lower quality parts unless it’s a customer request to keep costs down. We did have a period where we were having employee quality issues, but have since resolved those. It’s very unfortunate that it impacted some of our customers as we worked through it. I just had Mr. Radiator fix (replace) my leaking radiator on my 2002 Dodge Caravan. Mike was very professional and explained my options to solve my problem. I explained that the last shop I entered I was told I needed a new radiator before they even looked at it and the price was very high. Mike mentioned a few possible fixes but never quoted a price until after it was inspected. I highly recommend Mike and Mr. Radiator for great service at reasonable pricing.

These guys will take you back and show you what needs to be repaired/replaced and even dumb it down if need be. You are always given the option to buy your own parts elsewhere; new or used... or if it’s more convenient then you can trust them to get it for you... Your choice. Lastly, their customer service is A+! It’s all about even the smallest of details like the warm & welcoming family-like atmosphere and caring owners/staff that are willing to go that extra mile... I was once in a pinch and these guys picked me up and dropped me off which helped make a bad situation (a broken vehicle) a bit more bearable.
