KS Autocare performed a detailed inspection of my car, during which it was discovered there were multiple problems. While my car was on the lift, KS showed me precisely what was wrong and what steps they were going to take to fix those problems, as well as providing a detailed estimate of cost and time involved for the entire repair. KS divided the repairs into two components: those that were urgent and needed to be done soon and those that could be put off for a while. I chose to do all of the repairs at one time. KS Autocare completed the repairs on schedule and on budget, exactly as promised. All KS Autocare personnel were professional and courteous and performed their jobs well. The ONLY guys who work on my German autos. Tony Jr. is a class act who will give you the straight-up and a ride to the office if you work nearby. Sure they're a bit more expensive than the Midas shop around the corner, but you certainly get what you pay for...peace of mind!
