I give 5***** Less than 10 degrees this morning. My car started "immediately." The radio works; I hear the turn signal as it flashes. The tail light work perfectly...My Car is repaired PERFECTLY and the key, glue hardened and it works perfectly; I am a satisfied customer.It was minus 2 degrees overnight. I got rear ended last week while sitting behind a red light. The guy has no insurance & I am going to have to pay for the repairs & then try to sue him. Anyway , I drive by National Body Works everyday on my way to work. Actually there are a lot of body shops in this area. I went to total of 5 shops to get the best price since I’m paying for it. Every shop said I have to replace my bumper and trunk lid. All the estimates were over $1350 plus any hidden damage that they can’t see but all assured me there was definitely hidden damage . That is all except National . I could see that The estimator at national was really trying to keep my cost down since I told him I’m paying out of pocket. Nationals quote was $790 since they were able to save my parts & not buy new. I asked about all the hidden damages & he said that he already knows what is damaged & its included in the price. I couldn’t believe it , so I gave them the car before he changes his mind or realizes that he made a mistake. Needless to say there was no mistake . I picked up my car 4 days later and it looked great. These guys are real pros . definitely recommend them to everyone I know

This place will irresponsibly park your car on the street and will not pay for the damages and problems they cause even though they say they will. They also left the receipt in the car before I got a chance to look at it and without me knowing, they charged me 20$ extra. I only realized this after I drove away and got a chance to look at the receipt they left in my car. Additionally, the breaks still sounded crunchy after they had fixed it. Cheap place but irresponsible and unreliable. I will NEVER come to this place to get my car fixed again. Cheap price for cheap quality and service and lots of headache.
