KS Autocare performed a detailed inspection of my car, during which it was discovered there were multiple problems. While my car was on the lift, KS showed me precisely what was wrong and what steps they were going to take to fix those problems, as well as providing a detailed estimate of cost and time involved for the entire repair. KS divided the repairs into two components: those that were urgent and needed to be done soon and those that could be put off for a while. I chose to do all of the repairs at one time. KS Autocare completed the repairs on schedule and on budget, exactly as promised. All KS Autocare personnel were professional and courteous and performed their jobs well. I was pretty excited about Wrench. They came to me and did a diagnosis on my vehicle. Said they would need to order parts and reschedule an appointment. I was excited that the $75 diagnosis feee would go toward my repairs. They returned for the second appointment and the parts ordered weren't the correct parts. I never heard from them again... I had to pay another mechanic another diagnosis fee. I was pretty bummed. ? I think this service would be great for simple things, Oil change, etc. but if parts need to be ordered, I'd suggest a brick and mortar. Ryan S.

Hayes has been around since the 80's my parents took their cars to them and now I do. They are straight forward and fair. I am never worried about what is being repaired as they keep me well informed and aware what is needed and when.

I was stranded 50 miles from home and got my car towed here, I was a little nervous not knowing anything about the shop or the area. John was very nice and assured me that they would find out what was wrong, I wondered at what cost..The car was looked at and the cost was very reasonable, being a woman I was concerned they were going to try and overcharge me because I had no other option but to go there. Even though I live so far away I would definitely bring my car here again for service, a nice honest mechanic/repair shop is hard to find but this place rocked!

Fast friendly people there, they really take the time to explain how and why things happen to your car. I hate when I am forced to have work done on my car, but at least when I take it to Mark and his team, I know it gets done right and as soon as possible. They even offer you a free loaner car if the job is bigger or will take longer than expected. I have only needed it once so far, so I think they narrow down the problem pretty fast and get you back on the road. Their prices are very fair. A few times in the past I have wasted my time getting estimates at other places, just to end up back at GTM! Oh well, live and learn!

We always use high quality parts in our repairs; through the years we’ve been in business we’ve found that it just doesn’t pay to use lower quality parts unless it’s a customer request to keep costs down. We did have a period where we were having employee quality issues, but have since resolved those. It’s very unfortunate that it impacted some of our customers as we worked through it.
