Bill was recommended to me by my brother and I'm so glad he did! He was great to deal with on top of the fact that I couldn't be happier with how my car turned out. I had some chips in my paint, a dent on my trunk and I curbed my rim a couple of weeks ago. His price was really competitive and even though I told him it was ok if it took him more than the day to get to it he made sure it was done when he said it would be. The guy that he had working on my rim was very good too...I'm looking for where I curbed the wheel and I still can't find it. Thanks again, Bill!

I worked here for almost 1 year without a mask. ( without protective equipment) when i said im calling OSHA to Al machacek the owner he fired me on the spot then he told OHSA he laid me off what kinda business is this. Al is lair and damages peoples cars later charging them to fix it ? worst business by far on the plant. keep you're car far as possible from this place

I called him to get and estimate for a paint job Hood and Driver side Front Panel he gave me a fair estimate, I took my car to him (BMW) he did an EXCELLENT JOB!!!! A few days later I had my car back. Prompt service and very professional. I also, had him to install a door lock (I bought off Ebay.com), he is good, done in like 5 minutes. I will be sure to call the Illinois Commerce Commision at 1-800-524-0795 to file a complaint and may possibly take my case to small claims court. My poor car hasn't had a detail since 2007 and I've pretty much lived in my car since my fiancé passed in April of last year, so it was in dire need! I bought a groupon for an auto detail and I wasn't expecting much after my friends got theirs done somewhere else. I took it to QAR and KC took care of me. He looked at my cars condition and told me how the groupon only covered 3 hours of work and my car needed at least a day! I explained my situation and asked him to do the best he could with what I had. Like I said, I wasn't expecting much, I was just happy it would be cleaner. They took the car warning me that, they'll only have time for the inside, but KC came in and told me that they would buff and wax it as well since winter was coming. He was really a great business man and even batter man. He made sure I was happy with everything, even offered me coffee and checked up on me occasionally. When I got to my car, I was surprised with how it looked! You could tell they're perfectionists, cause they got every little nook and cranny and every stain I figured would still be there were gone! My car looks and smells amazing, like new! I'm impressed, that was a hard job, but they took the time they needed and pulled it off. I would recommend them for everything cause he showed me that he had pride in his work and services and that means a lot to me and my car. Y. Flores

Since their technician did such a good job with my 2005 BMW X3 over the summer, I decided to bring my 2010 Acura TL to change out all fluids, and replace brakes and suspension all around. The total bill was about a third less than what I was quoted from my dealer and 20% less than Firestone and Pep Boys. I'd recommend these folks to anyone who owns a foreign vehicle which is no longer covered by warranty. Forget the HIGH cost of dealerships, and come to Mobile Auto Tech.
