I brought my car in for a diagnostic and they gave me over a quote for over $3,000 in repairs. I took it down the street for a 2nd opinion and half the things they said were wrong was a lie. Had my car repaired where I got thr and opinion for less than 1k. It's been 6 months and not a single problem. A dealership and repair shop run by conmen. Color me surprised (NOT)

I just had Mr. Radiator fix (replace) my leaking radiator on my 2002 Dodge Caravan. Mike was very professional and explained my options to solve my problem. I explained that the last shop I entered I was told I needed a new radiator before they even looked at it and the price was very high. Mike mentioned a few possible fixes but never quoted a price until after it was inspected. I highly recommend Mike and Mr. Radiator for great service at reasonable pricing.

I have high expectations for anyone who works on my vehicles and Rennology was up to the task. They are very professional and completed the work in a timely manner.

I just wanted to thanks these guys as a whole. I brought my SAAB in for an oil service. I spoke to the tall service manager. He was helpful and explained I had 3 open recalls on my SAAB then one is related to my seat belts. This is why I always like going back to the dealership to have my SAAB repairs completed. I failed the Illinois Emission Test. I took my Bentley to a performance shop to be repaired. They quoted me $3,927.00 to replace the catalytic converter. I call Bentley Gold Coast and spoke to the service manager and explained my situation. He said no problem that component is covered by a 8 year / 80,000 mile warranty. He sent a flat bed and picked up my Bentley and installed the catalytic converter - all done at no charge. I had my Bentley back in 2 days. I recommend them to everyone I know. I went to a few mechanics that claimed that my car had a lot of stuff that needed fixing. I went to Araiza and he told me it was only one sensor that needed to be replaced to pass the emissions. Great man. I recommend. Thanks to him, he saved me a lot of money and time. I haven’t had an issue with my car since.

WORST DEALER EVER. BOUNCH OF LIERS. I bough a truck here, I was promise all mechanical issues will be fixed. never did anything. the "general manager"? is a joke. The "owner"? he will come to you and assure everything will be fine just to gain your trust, and once you sign you are F#$%. I'd spent around 3000 fixing what their "mechanic" could not fix. By the way, the comment above from "sofia" I'm glad they fix you engine light, probably they disconnected. I saw this guy working, regular people. They have the knowledge needed to change a tire. I witnesses many people complaining about the poor mechanical condition of the car they bought, the sales guys specially the "general manger in sales" just ignore them. I wish I could sue this liars, but I spent my money fixing my truck.

Great mechanics showed me all my before and after stuff, showed me my new parts and showed me pictures of when the intake was removed, very very clean mechanics as far as work ethics . Would not go anywhere else. Thanks you guys for being a blessing to me

Have been here for over several years and over 5 different vehicles. Staff has always been courteous and honest about pricing. I have sent many people over and they always have no issues. I trust this shop with any issues I have. Great work!

Brought my car in due to over heating. Paid close too $700 and my car is still overheating.

I came in to get my tires rotated, I had a 2pm appointment and did not leave until 4pm! The lady told me it only takes 20 minutes. She came back saying that my radiator was pushing up against my transmission, which is physically impossible, my tires had a crack in them and tried to charge $500 for new tires plus $10 for an inspection. My check engine light was on and I took it to my mechanic and it turned out that they had actually loosened my mass airflow sensor! You can visually see that the screw was loose and unclipped. My mechanic adjusted it and my check engine light went off. And it turned out my tires were fine it had a nail in ONE of them and just had to be SEALED which took two seconds and cost me $10 at another tire shop! I don’t even need new tires! Don’t let these ppl rip you off! They had ONE job and tried to sabotage my car to make a profit!
