Brought my car in due to over heating. Paid close too $700 and my car is still overheating.

BEWARE of Car X on Stoney Island
This company lacks major mechanical comprehension. Diagnosis reports are a RIP OFF. I had two diagnosis on two different occasions. I paid over 1000.00 per visit and my engine light remained on and truck drove horrible. I returned the truck 2nd time the light was on. I was sent my MERRY WAY with a filter change. A filter that was changed 1 month ago. Car X did short cuts on my truck. Had the winterization BEEN DONE THROUGHLY a crack would have been discovered on my first visit. Second visit two coils was out and reported to be the reason the engine light was on. I replaced all 6 coils because of salesmanship. The 6 coils were replaced and the work was done sloppy. Had the coils been stored properly from the bottom the LEAK would have been discovered. My truck repairs was all about the mechanics comfort zone. After replacing my coils I never had my engine cover installed back. According to the mechanic it no longer fit and it was not important. The engine cover told an obvious story to the mechanic I took the truck to. The engine cover did not fit because the mechanic decided to not be bothered with the bottom of the engine. Too much work. Had the Car X mechanic replaced the coils properly the LEAK would have been detected. I would be the first on property and the last person to get the vehicle back. I had my truck fixed some where else for 65% less and I drove away in FOUR hours with a perfect working truck. I have no respect for Car X. I have an excellent mechanic now. My new mechanic did see all the replaced parts on my truck. Car X did not rip me off by not replacing the parts. I did get unnecessary parts that was not the core of my problem. Something was accidentally punctured during the winterization. Failure to own up to the damage ALMOST caused me my entire vehicle. The leak was all over the end. A good mechanic would have seen that immediately. BEWARE OF THE SERVICES.
