Go to Rad Air to get your car work done. 8 years, 4 cars, multiple tires, emergencies and routine maintenance are why I confidently say to just go to Rad Air in Fairlawn. I've auditioned the competition because a backup plan is always good to have, usually. Each time, I use a competitor, I'm reminded why this business is successful. Dave and his team are quick, honest and go beyond what I expected. They have the technology repair the machine and help explain what's wrong. The completion time estimates are very reliable. Cold February and no heat create driving problems. Another garage insisted on multiple visits and "attempts" to repair the problem. As each bill came due - the message was clear. I worked nearby and coworkers suggested Rad Air for a solution. In one try they permanently and affordably repaired the problem. From the heat in the car to the gearbox on the engine - brakes, oil, wiper blades and ..yes, the loaner cars, all needs are met. Depending on how close you work - you may get a lift back to work with your road test. Being a passenger in your own car can make the process easier. I've been towed in and limped in. Each time feeling the relief knowing the solution was near. When I broke down in Cleveland I was relieved to see the Garfield Hts location nearby. They do things THE SAME WAY! I went in for 2 repairs. The first repair was done fine. The second repair, a grinding noise from the front ,was diagnosed as rubbing break pads and rotors. After the repairs were done the grinding noise was still there and they NOW said it was my wheel bearings. I was charged $240 for break pads and rotors and couldnt get the old parts back on, a discount, or it removed from my bill. And dont expect corporate Midas to help if contacted either. These people cant be trusted and I will never go back. I recommend to stay away from Midas.

Inspection seemed to be thorough and included pictures and comments from the mechanic. Bill was very professional and took the time to discuss each of their findings w/ me, to answer questions, and share his professional opinion. Very satisfied.

Powertrain Automotive was established June 11, 2007. This family owned and operated repair facility is located at 28910 Euclid Avenue in Wickliffe, Ohio. After twenty three years in the same location, retiring owner Steve Combaj sold his repair facility known as Universal Mechanic to lead technician David Kozlowski. It was then that the name was changed and Powertrain Automotive was born. David is an ASE Certified Technician with over twenty years experience in the mechanical repair field. It took years of planning and a lot of hard work to make this automotive repair facility a reality. Better yet there is a lot more to come! Our biggest goals are turning out a quality repair job as well as customer satisfaction.

BEWARE!!! They caused $1,100 worth of damage to my corvette!!! I filed a complaint with corporate and they still are trying to deny they did any damage so now I have to get my attorney involved and take them to court!!! Awful experience! I took my corvette here to get new tires put on. I supplied them with special lift pieces to avoid damage to the bottom of my car when it is lifted. They did Not use these pieces and ended up scratching, chipping, and gouging the rocker panels on both sides of the car. There are literally chunks of the fiber glass body missing. They claim the damage was already there yet I had looked under the car before taking it in and there was no damage. They claim they took photos once they saw the damage. The problem is the photos are of the car already on the lift in the air with the lug nuts sitting on the lift arm in plain sight- clearly after they already had done some work. Yet the damage is clearly visible even when you just kneel down next to the car - let alone position the lift arms - this damage would've been clearly visible and if I was the worker I would have taken pictures before the car was lifted. This location is a joke and I would avoid it at all costs! Especially if you have a car that you don't want to be damaged. Check out NTB or Goodyear!!
