Mike and the crew are good, but the prices are extremely high!!! I understand they offer easy financing options for car repairs, but their prices are around the same as the dealer. I could’ve got my brakes done at the Ford dealership for $369 that’s included the parts and labor, Mike charged a whopping $580, now mind you the parts were around $125 max for the pads, and rotors. He had a lady in there to change her A/C compressor and charged her $1750 holy crap!!

I highly recommend this place! I had an accident and front wheels alignment was not okay. The previous garage named as "certified" by insurance company, did not manage to fix ... took 1.5 months, a lot of money, frustration and wasted time. Then I went to the European Motorsport garage and their service is really amazing! All was fixed immediately and double checked with the highest quality. Most honest mechanic I've ever met. I was having troubles with my suspension on my Scion when I took my car to his shop to get checked out. I dropped it at noon, and he and his crew had pulled it apart and put it back together by the time I got back at the end of the work day. Stephen honestly told me that it was a problem with my strut, but it wasn't of any safety concern. He could fix it if I would like for a thousand dollars (mostly due to labor), but there was no rush since I might at least be able to get the parts cheaper myself. I wish I lived in this state - I'd come back in the future.

Shawn was very professional and assisted with my tight schedule by ordering and painting my new fender before I dropped my car off so that I could have minimal loss of use of my car. Overland was sold back in May 2018 and the new name is Boston Rover Repair I did not know what to expect, I took the car in and Tom figure it out on the spot they really do know Rovers. I can't thank enough Arti and Tom for the fast turn around on those repairs just before a trip, the car was overheating and others couldn't find the issue since the radiator was not leaking. I own a BMW 328Xi and was looking for a guy who doesn't rip me off but is knowledgeable about the European cars. Mechanic Advisor suggested Nicks which is right off the exit 32 on I93. Nick was very sensible and had given me the best estimate I could get. Even though I was keen on getting other things fixed, Nick suggested that they were in decent shape for now. That is the best quality about Nick. He will only fix what is needed and doesn't not rip you off with sky high estimates. If you have a European car, then this is your guy. Period! Thanks Nick, Abhi

I want to preface my review by saying that the techs are very talented and I deeply appreciate the work they specifically did. I also would like to say Jake is an incredibly nice individual who does the best he can with what he is given, and unfortunately his colleague does not share the same sentiment. Rico lied about every facet of the job. From price, to estimated time, to simply what they would actually be able to do for me. He also made it very clear he did not respect my input and opinions even though I am the owner of the vehicle; I have my own opinion as to why he felt that way as well. INCREDIBLY upsetting experience considering my family is return customers of Zaks (I personally will not be returning). I again thank Jake and the techs for their diligent, and honest, work; And all they did in the face of their teammate actively working against them. Unfortunately, they can only do so much when the bridge has already been burned.

Had them "build" an EJ25 subaru motor for me not long ago. After 3k miles it is burning 1qt every 3k miles, and visibly smokes in boost and on decel. Alex assured me "the motor isn't broken in yet" at 2k miles. Its only gotten worse and I just continue to get run in circles. Don't go here to get an engine "assembled" go somewhere that's actually going to BUILD it and stand behind it. A few dynos and 300 facebook reviews totaling 4.9 stars is very capable of fooling your wallet!
