I drive by this place every day and decided to stop by for a quote on some rust repair. Price was reasonable ( $850.00 to fix both quarter panels and bottom of one door ) I was told 2 to 3 business days. I also had them check my breaks and ended up having them replace my front pads and rotors. Car was still done in 3 days as promised ( which never happens with car places ) There were no "surprises" on the final bill and the body work and paint looks great. Will be going back should the need arise. Andy

I spotted the Alpha-Omega sign on my way home where I usually had traveled this path many times back and forth without even noticing it. A smiley faced fellow looked on the smashed roof of my truck and in 4 minutes gave me a precise estimation, making a telephone call to the supplier asking for availability of the part, its price and delivery time. The total was well below the estimation of my insurance. I asked Hovie (that was the smiling fellow’s name) if it was possible to wrap up the work in four days. He said that he would do his best. Everything was done on the third day. My truck was stamped with a smile and we (my truck and I) both left smiling. Later I figured out that Hovie worked until very late at night in order to finish the work on time. On the first evening after I gave Hovie “the go ahead”, I decided to check out the references and reviews that customers wrote. There were none! Moreover the telephone number was different than the one on Hovie's business card. “Y-y-yah”, I said to myself, “what a wonderful world… again”. To make a long story short, Hovie along with his partner recently purchased this business and they are doing very well. The parking lot is filled with exotic cars like a 1965 Mercedes Benz, other Mercedes models with carburetors before the era of fuel injection and distributors before the era of electronic ignition. And all these beauties were shining and… smiling. They also do mechanical work. Ladies and Gentlemen, the all would be happy clients of Alpha-Omega, I will be back not necessarily as a customer if the problem arises again, but simply as a friendly visitor. Whatever you do don't complain about the service you receive or they will blacklist you. I had an appointment scheduled to drop off my new Maxima for an oil change. After driving all the way to the dealership I am then informed by the service technician that they refuse to service my vehicle under warranty anymore because of a negative review I had given them on a customer survey I had received from Nissan after my last visit. They flat out handed the keys back to me and said if your not happy here then we suggest you go elsewhere. I was completely shell shocked and totally disgusted by the service technicians uncaring and callous attitude. When I asked to speak to a manager I was conveniently told he was not there. I then proceeded to let them know that I planned to contact Nissan Consumer Affairs about their unethical and discriminatory practices… and they said go right ahead. I have never heard of a business banning a customer from their establishment because they had a complaint about the service they received. It was bad enough that Sullivan Brothers never once reached out to me to apologize for the original issue I had but somehow in their infinite wisdom the best thing to do with an unhappy customer is to show them the door.

Hurd they towed a shit ton of people saying they were a illegally parked I'm not sure about there actual auto services but seems kinda scummy and untrustworthy to me..wouldn't be the type of people I'd like having my vehicle.

I had to have my car towed to Boch South because at some previous service, they managed to switch my anti-theft lug nut adapter with a different one that did not fit, so my flat tire could not be removed. I told them to take the remaining set of those special lug nuts off my car and put regular nuts on, and to leave the old stuff in my car. I left my wheel and wrecked tire with them to replace and install a new tire on the wheel, and picked it up when it was ready a day or so later. They told me there would be an extra charge to put my wheel back on, even though it stated right on my paid invoice that they were going to do that. I was not going to give them another cent, so I had them leave it in the back of my car. Then I took my old war veteran body that has been through 4 operations in the last 4 years to a parking lot up the street and changed it myself. I noticed they did not leave my old anti-theft lug nuts in my car, nor that adapter that had caused all my trouble. That will cost me about fifty dollars to replace. They did email me requesting more information, which I mailed to them, but have not heard a word back. How's that for service?
