Auto body repair service near Bedford, MA

This business is run by dishonest people. They gave me an estimate in writing and lowered it down for cash money( red flag ) . I dropped off my car and the next morning I got a call saying that I am suppose to bring the part to be installed which wasn't true and wasn't on the estimate. I asked to speak to the owner Rick who was extremely rude from the minute he came on the phone and I told him that the estimate stating the part is included with $6.25 % tax. He claimed that this is just paint and the waste charge. At this point I said "are you charging me tax on wasting?" He got very defensive and asked me to pick up my car. I was so happy to pick up my car not fixed by people like him and his unprofessional, dishonest, liars staff. I don't recommend this business to my enemy.

I have a 2008 Sebring Convertable. I was rearended in October. They did an excellent job in fixing it, which wasn't easy because of all the stuff that makes the top go into the trunk and back up again. I would recommend them to anyone. I was very happy with their work. David S. Sloan

did business with steve ash the owner for a short time took him to court and got the judgement against him he paid us 25$ and left for walpole anyone with knowledge of his wearbouts please contact me at total auto parts thank you I WOULD NOT TRUST THIS STEVE ASH!!

Quality workmanship, done with exceptional care.I damaged my rear fender a few weeks ago and went in for a free estimate. Shawn was very professional and assisted with my tight schedule by ordering and painting my new fender before I dropped my car off so that I could have minimal loss of use of my car. It was fixed in a day and looked fantastic. I highly recommend them.

I have used Deluxe Auto Body for many years. I was reminded of the reasons with my most recent experience. Dennis discussed the work to do and recommended a strategy to keep costs reasonable. (This was not insurance work, so cost was a consideration.) Dennis adjusted his schedule to take in our car on short notice. The body work came out fantastic and the price was great. Dennis even cleaned the entire car. I can't say enough good things about Deluxe Auto Body.

My opinion is L&M Customer service is top notch and is committed to making sure there customers are satisfied with the work they do. They exceeded my expectations.
