The owner is dishonest. I agreed with him to give me 10-15 dollars discount for both oil change and tyre rotation. However, at checkout, he didn't offer a detailed receipt. When I asked for one, he admitted that he used regular engine oil rather than the Mobil one which should be included in his oil change package. And I am pretty sure he only rotated 3 tires rather than 4, but I did not take picture of the order of tires beforehand to challenge him. I will never go there again!

Brought my BMW to be serviced seeing it was running rough and the CBS indicators showed that I needed rear brake liners and a fluid flush. The tech's found the problem and recommended a course of action. They even said that the last dealership I bought the car from did not reset the brake sensor and I did not need pad or liner's. The communication on their progress was great and the price was fair; let's face it, when you opt to buy a BMW you should go into this purchase understanding that these cars need maintenance and the parts for them are not cheap. broke down in front of AMERICAN PETROLEUM in Beverly, MA having work on cars most of my life I noticed the clutch cable clip had rotted off, common problem with older card, Mechanic told me the shifter linkage must be damaged and caused the clip to break I went and bough the $5.74 Part they insisted the linkage was damage refused to let me put the clip in told me to tow or push the car off there lot. After i pushed the car to the street I put the clip in and drove away No problems with linkage
