Great custermer service and great work, Irish I had before and after pics just to tell everyone, bottom line I had lots of damage and it looks like a brand new car right out of the showroom. When I first walked in I was offered coffee , they took my info and got me into a rental car all with in 45 min, A couple of weeks later they called me to pick up my car, I am very happy with the custermer service and work done for me,if I ever get in an accident I will use them. I have used Deluxe Auto Body for many years. I was reminded of the reasons with my most recent experience. Dennis discussed the work to do and recommended a strategy to keep costs reasonable. (This was not insurance work, so cost was a consideration.) Dennis adjusted his schedule to take in our car on short notice. The body work came out fantastic and the price was great. Dennis even cleaned the entire car. I can't say enough good things about Deluxe Auto Body.

This business is run by dishonest people. They gave me an estimate in writing and lowered it down for cash money( red flag ) . I dropped off my car and the next morning I got a call saying that I am suppose to bring the part to be installed which wasn't true and wasn't on the estimate. I asked to speak to the owner Rick who was extremely rude from the minute he came on the phone and I told him that the estimate stating the part is included with $6.25 % tax. He claimed that this is just paint and the waste charge. At this point I said "are you charging me tax on wasting?" He got very defensive and asked me to pick up my car. I was so happy to pick up my car not fixed by people like him and his unprofessional, dishonest, liars staff. I don't recommend this business to my enemy.
