I've been going to Warren Auto for 3 cars & quite a few years. Its funny because a few times when Ive mentioned that I'm having an issue with my car, a few times people have suggested that I take it to Warren, not that Ive ever had any doubt that I'm taking it to the right place, but it just makes it a little more reassuring. Roger always stands by his estimate & will almost always finish within the same day. Only once, when replacing the steering rack, he had it for more than one day...Almost everyone I know with a decent car worth repairing goes to Roger & Rob at Warren Auto. Tom’s Auto is the best! I currently own a Chevrolet Malibu and upon returning from a trip my power steering suddenly let go. I contact the Chevrolet dealership and various other mechanics to get estimates on the cost to repair it. When I contacted Tom’s Auto I was greeted with great customer service and given a great estimate. I gave the Sales/Service Manager (Charlie) the information for the parts and within 24 hours he contacted me to let me know the part had come in. Their attention to detail goes way beyond meticulous. If you are particular about your car, have no fear, it’ll be in very good hands. They did a great job in a timely manner and I have never had a problem since.
