Unfortunately my car was hit. Found Susi auto body doing research online. Shop had great reviews online. My car looks and feels great to drive. The service advisor also helped me with my insurance company and getting my rental coverage extended.

Terrible place, stay away they will tell you to give them money to buy you new parts but will end up buying old parts and also fixing some of the old parts so that they can keep as much of your money as possible. Besides using old parts they do a terrible job fixing your car. Stay away from this place. You’ve been warned. Everyone there looks shady.

My family brought a car from that place a little over a year ago for $3000.00,(three thousands dollars). The owner Frantz promised he will provide the title for the car, still as of today no title has given to us. We called several times he is given us the running around.

I love Auto Depot for their friendly and well-priced service. I brought my 2005 Ford Expedition in for a tune-up and even though it's a big job (with the stupid Triton engine), they quoted me a reasonable price and I had the truck back faster than I expected. I highly recommend this place!

Brought my motorhome to ironhorse to fix a leak on the roof of my 2010 ford class2 motorhome. I met with the owner brian Cavanaugh and we went over the leak. He said no problem they do these all the time and that he would have it done within a week and submit the bill to my insurance company. Well 2 weeks go by... I called several times and this guy bruce who sounds drunk every time I call says the same thing, that Brian isn't available. Well I decided to drive down there to see how things were doing, and when I pulled up my motorhome was sitting outside in the pouring rain. I went and opened the side door only to see my roof tiles were soaked and falling down, the carpet was drenched and the wall was bowing from all the water....WTF. I immediately called my insurance company and told them not to send them a dime as they ruined my motorhome interior. Come to find out they sent a check to them for 4323.00 and the owner brian cashed it. I explained to my insurance co what they have done my insurance company called them while I was there looking for an explanation and of course, Brian is nowhere to be found. His sidekick bruce told them they were working on it. Long story short we are now taking them to court for the severe damage they have done and my insurance company is charging them with insurance fraud. BEWARE OF IRONHORSE COLLISION OR IRONHORSE ENT IN FREETOWN MASS AS THEY ARE A VERY SKETCHY BUISNESS.

Great custermer service and great work, Irish I had before and after pics just to tell everyone, bottom line I had lots of damage and it looks like a brand new car right out of the showroom. When I first walked in I was offered coffee , they took my info and got me into a rental car all with in 45 min, A couple of weeks later they called me to pick up my car, I am very happy with the custermer service and work done for me,if I ever get in an accident I will use them. Went into the shop thinking my car was going to be very expensive to fix because of terrible sound in the rear. Put me at ease when he diagnosed the issue and was quick cheap fix. Very honest guy Fran is. Highly recommended.
