Al works only with the finest materials, researching your automaker's specs for that year so any replacement matching is perfect. If the finish has changed with age, or you need a custom color, that'll be spot on, too. His prep and finish work are flawless, he allows enough time for curing of each process. (Granted, Al may need extra if, contrary to forecasts, it pours all week.) Best of all, Al's work holds up, summer to winter, North and South, year upon year. No wonder he stands behind it 100%. Have no fear of double-talk, last-minute delays, or excuses. I can't say enough good things about this guy. He's a true pro, start to finish. If he can't handle your repair (no gear for replacing a transmission, etc.), he knows the expert you should see -- and he's telling you the truth. The only puzzle with Al is how his Lowell Street location yields THAT caliber of output. Wish I'd known him years earlier! I send everyone to him -- unless they're not apt to pay on time. I've been going to Warren Auto for 3 cars & quite a few years. Its funny because a few times when Ive mentioned that I'm having an issue with my car, a few times people have suggested that I take it to Warren, not that Ive ever had any doubt that I'm taking it to the right place, but it just makes it a little more reassuring. Roger always stands by his estimate & will almost always finish within the same day. Only once, when replacing the steering rack, he had it for more than one day...Almost everyone I know with a decent car worth repairing goes to Roger & Rob at Warren Auto. I promise you will not be disappointed!! I have a couple of REALLY CHEAP family members that will recommend their work to anyone. Good luck :)

Warning - Owner asks for CASH!! Something smells fishy

theCARS Company, as mentioned by other reviewers, deserves 5 star ratings across all boards. Service is extremely quick (usually takes a couple hours for normal maintenance; few minutes for an oil change) and fairly priced. They have appointments open constantly and 'reservations' are easy to make. In terms of quality, I have been in there twice--once because my 'check engine' light lit up and the other for the 45,000 mile routine maintenance--and the results couldn't have been better. Problems are discovered quickly and solutions are provided even faster. What sets theCARS Company apart from any other car shop I've been to is their customer care. Point in case: recommending a cheap buff-and-polish job for the many bumps and scratches on my car as opposed to an extremely expensive paint job. Need another example? They offer discounts and coupons constantly. They don't hide them from you. In fact, make sure to politely ask if they have any available and they will respond honestly. Believe me, they've got your back and they're looking to protect your wallet. They seem genuinely interested in your best interest and not on making a quick buck. Very professional, well-organized, and reasonable prices: what else could you ask for?

They worked with me and my budget and the job got scheduled for that week. I now have my car back and it looks great. They also did a nice job detailing the outside and inside of my car. Feels like I just bought it!

Went into the shop thinking my car was going to be very expensive to fix because of terrible sound in the rear. Put me at ease when he diagnosed the issue and was quick cheap fix. Very honest guy Fran is. Highly recommended.

I drive by this place every day and decided to stop by for a quote on some rust repair. Price was reasonable ( $850.00 to fix both quarter panels and bottom of one door ) I was told 2 to 3 business days. I also had them check my breaks and ended up having them replace my front pads and rotors. Car was still done in 3 days as promised ( which never happens with car places ) There were no "surprises" on the final bill and the body work and paint looks great. Will be going back should the need arise. Andy

Whatever you do don't complain about the service you receive or they will blacklist you. I had an appointment scheduled to drop off my new Maxima for an oil change. After driving all the way to the dealership I am then informed by the service technician that they refuse to service my vehicle under warranty anymore because of a negative review I had given them on a customer survey I had received from Nissan after my last visit. They flat out handed the keys back to me and said if your not happy here then we suggest you go elsewhere. I was completely shell shocked and totally disgusted by the service technicians uncaring and callous attitude. When I asked to speak to a manager I was conveniently told he was not there. I then proceeded to let them know that I planned to contact Nissan Consumer Affairs about their unethical and discriminatory practices… and they said go right ahead. I have never heard of a business banning a customer from their establishment because they had a complaint about the service they received. It was bad enough that Sullivan Brothers never once reached out to me to apologize for the original issue I had but somehow in their infinite wisdom the best thing to do with an unhappy customer is to show them the door.
