I didn't have rental car insurance on my policy, but Mike at Masison's Collision Experts arranged for a rental and had the rental car bill sent to the other person's insurance company that hit my car. Who knew you could do that? It didn't cost me a dime. My insurance company even pro-rated my damaged muffler and Mike didn't even charge me the difference. Great custermer service and great work, Irish I had before and after pics just to tell everyone, bottom line I had lots of damage and it looks like a brand new car right out of the showroom. Hurd they towed a shit ton of people saying they were a illegally parked I'm not sure about there actual auto services but seems kinda scummy and untrustworthy to me..wouldn't be the type of people I'd like having my vehicle.
