Great custermer service and great work, Irish I had before and after pics just to tell everyone, bottom line I had lots of damage and it looks like a brand new car right out of the showroom. When I first walked in I was offered coffee , they took my info and got me into a rental car all with in 45 min, A couple of weeks later they called me to pick up my car, I am very happy with the custermer service and work done for me,if I ever get in an accident I will use them. I have a 2008 Sebring Convertable. I was rearended in October. They did an excellent job in fixing it, which wasn't easy because of all the stuff that makes the top go into the trunk and back up again. I would recommend them to anyone. I was very happy with their work. David S. Sloan

My opinion is L&M Customer service is top notch and is committed to making sure there customers are satisfied with the work they do. They exceeded my expectations.

Charged $232 to remove a stuck bolt. Rude to my wife. They seem to rely on folks who simply pay the bill and don't understand anything about automobile repair and maintenance. Recommend avoiding them.
