I highly recommend this place! I had an accident and front wheels alignment was not okay. The previous garage named as "certified" by insurance company, did not manage to fix ... took 1.5 months, a lot of money, frustration and wasted time. I"ve never been to AAMCO for auto service,I've gone to other shops I thought I knew fairly well> I had transmision issues with both my vehicles within a month< along with other vehicle problems.The other shops had different diagnosis for the problems. After much time in the shops ,and substantial cash outlays, the problems persisted to some extent in both vehicles. I went to AAMCO,I had my transmission problems pinpointed very promptly, I discussed other suspension issues,engine isues, that I was having with both vehicles,I told the tech I was very discouraged with the other shops, I wasn't sure of my next move.THe tech told me that he would get to the root of the problems,HE SURE DID! My transmisions were fixed ASAP,and the problems that were so elusive to others,were handily identified and resolved.AAMCO went above and beyond any expectations I had.These guys are the best.They deserve all the credit in the world. I would very highly recommend AAMCO for any and all repairs to your vehicle

I had to have my car towed to Boch South because at some previous service, they managed to switch my anti-theft lug nut adapter with a different one that did not fit, so my flat tire could not be removed. I told them to take the remaining set of those special lug nuts off my car and put regular nuts on, and to leave the old stuff in my car. I left my wheel and wrecked tire with them to replace and install a new tire on the wheel, and picked it up when it was ready a day or so later. They told me there would be an extra charge to put my wheel back on, even though it stated right on my paid invoice that they were going to do that. I was not going to give them another cent, so I had them leave it in the back of my car. Then I took my old war veteran body that has been through 4 operations in the last 4 years to a parking lot up the street and changed it myself. I noticed they did not leave my old anti-theft lug nuts in my car, nor that adapter that had caused all my trouble. That will cost me about fifty dollars to replace. They did email me requesting more information, which I mailed to them, but have not heard a word back. How's that for service?

These men are the greatest & are so honest it's really a blessing to find people of this caliber in this day & age. They not only care about the work they do but they truly care about the customer also. The engine is perfect & the car is running great. I also went in about 3 months ago because my car was vibrating so much that I couldn't go over 50 on the highway. Of course I'm thinking the worst & big money but they once again were honest & told me all I needed was a pair of new tires. What a relief, they could of told me anything & taken advantage of the situation, but no honest as always. Keith the owner & his mechanic are always on site, even if you just need advice stop in & you will always be greeted with a smile. I just can't say enough about these guys, but the only way to find out for yourself is to stop in. Believe me you won't be disappointed. Thank you for putting my engine in, it's running perfect. I want to preface my review by saying that the techs are very talented and I deeply appreciate the work they specifically did. I also would like to say Jake is an incredibly nice individual who does the best he can with what he is given, and unfortunately his colleague does not share the same sentiment. Rico lied about every facet of the job. From price, to estimated time, to simply what they would actually be able to do for me. He also made it very clear he did not respect my input and opinions even though I am the owner of the vehicle; I have my own opinion as to why he felt that way as well. INCREDIBLY upsetting experience considering my family is return customers of Zaks (I personally will not be returning). I again thank Jake and the techs for their diligent, and honest, work; And all they did in the face of their teammate actively working against them. Unfortunately, they can only do so much when the bridge has already been burned.
