Auto body repair service near Norfolk Downs, MA

I drive by this place every day and decided to stop by for a quote on some rust repair. Price was reasonable ( $850.00 to fix both quarter panels and bottom of one door ) I was told 2 to 3 business days. I also had them check my breaks and ended up having them replace my front pads and rotors. Car was still done in 3 days as promised ( which never happens with car places ) There were no "surprises" on the final bill and the body work and paint looks great. Will be going back should the need arise. Andy

Hurd they towed a shit ton of people saying they were a illegally parked I'm not sure about there actual auto services but seems kinda scummy and untrustworthy to me..wouldn't be the type of people I'd like having my vehicle.

Tom’s Auto is the best! I currently own a Chevrolet Malibu and upon returning from a trip my power steering suddenly let go. I contact the Chevrolet dealership and various other mechanics to get estimates on the cost to repair it. When I contacted Tom’s Auto I was greeted with great customer service and given a great estimate. I gave the Sales/Service Manager (Charlie) the information for the parts and within 24 hours he contacted me to let me know the part had come in. Their attention to detail goes way beyond meticulous. If you are particular about your car, have no fear, it’ll be in very good hands. They did a great job in a timely manner and I have never had a problem since. When my parked car got hit at work, I needed a repair shop close by and Garden City Auto Body was just around the corner. Paul did the usual estimate and gave me great advice on waiting for the check payment before I brought it back into him. After getting the car fixed and looking pretty, there was a slight area on the repaired door that was letting wind in. I took it back into Paul, who did his best to fix the problem, even taking a drive with me to check it out himself. With a few more adjustments, it was fixed and with no charge to me! I would recommend these guys to anyone!

I spotted the Alpha-Omega sign on my way home where I usually had traveled this path many times back and forth without even noticing it. A smiley faced fellow looked on the smashed roof of my truck and in 4 minutes gave me a precise estimation, making a telephone call to the supplier asking for availability of the part, its price and delivery time. The total was well below the estimation of my insurance. I asked Hovie (that was the smiling fellow’s name) if it was possible to wrap up the work in four days. He said that he would do his best. Everything was done on the third day. My truck was stamped with a smile and we (my truck and I) both left smiling. Later I figured out that Hovie worked until very late at night in order to finish the work on time. On the first evening after I gave Hovie “the go ahead”, I decided to check out the references and reviews that customers wrote. There were none! Moreover the telephone number was different than the one on Hovie's business card. “Y-y-yah”, I said to myself, “what a wonderful world… again”. To make a long story short, Hovie along with his partner recently purchased this business and they are doing very well. The parking lot is filled with exotic cars like a 1965 Mercedes Benz, other Mercedes models with carburetors before the era of fuel injection and distributors before the era of electronic ignition. And all these beauties were shining and… smiling. They also do mechanical work. Ladies and Gentlemen, the all would be happy clients of Alpha-Omega, I will be back not necessarily as a customer if the problem arises again, but simply as a friendly visitor.
