Auto body repair service near Sudbury, MA

I went to Young's Garage in Worcester, MA on 8/6/15, for my first time. I spoke to Jim about having my car looked at for a starting problem. I was told there was a $45 charge to diagnose the problem. When he got back to me later that day he told me it was the alternator and it would be $375 total. I asked him why it was so expensive and he told me it was because the part was hard to get to. He said it was a big job so therefore most of the charge would be for labor. He told me if I dropped my car off the next morning it would be done later that day. I dropped the car off at 8am and Jim told me he would call me when the car was done. I waited until 3:00 to call and check on the progress. Jim told me it wasn't ready and it would be done for 5:00. I went to pick up the car and he handed me a bill for $330 after I already paid the initial $45 charge. The next day I called to question about the $45 charge, because the part and labor were through his shop. All the garages I have gone to take the initial diagnostics charge off if you buy the part and have the labor done at their shop. I wanted to let him know I was dissatisfied with the price all together and the amount of time it took between both days. Because of this experience, which was my first here, I will never go to this garage again.

Great custermer service and great work, Irish I had before and after pics just to tell everyone, bottom line I had lots of damage and it looks like a brand new car right out of the showroom. When I first walked in I was offered coffee , they took my info and got me into a rental car all with in 45 min, A couple of weeks later they called me to pick up my car, I am very happy with the custermer service and work done for me,if I ever get in an accident I will use them. I highly recommend collision headquarters. Richard Polito

Surprisingly frustrating experience. Dropped off a car on 8/13/2012 for the repair of minor damage to driver's door. Received a call that it will be ready for pickup on Friday, 8/ 17. Hours of operation for collision center on Friday are listed till 5:30PM (http://www.woodworthmoto…) however at 5:10PM the collision center is closed, doors locked and nobody around to retrieve the car. Stuck without a car for a weekend - thank you Woodworth Motors. Went again to pick up the car on Monday, just to find out that the check for repair was sent by insurance to my home address instead of the repair shop, despite of "direction to pay" order, and the repair shop can't give me the car and sort out the payment issue directly with insurance company. Spent another hour going home and retrieving the check. Finally received the car with nicely repaired damage on outside..... and thick layer of sanding dust and residue from masking tape on inside. Yack!

sorry for my last coment SAB found out it was the insurance company was delaying the supplement claim so im so sorry SAB and my car came out real nice i will recommend you

HAD MY CAR TOWED TO APEX ,A REFERRAL THROUGH A FRIEND ,THEY TOOK CARE OF MY RENTAL .AND DID A GREAT JOB HANDLED ALL THE INSURANCE NEEDS .MY CAR LOOKED GREAT. THANK YOU APEX .
