Fixed a couple of issues with my tranny, 2001 Pontiac Grand AM. My biggest take away was just how nice they were. I own a BMW 328Xi and was looking for a guy who doesn't rip me off but is knowledgeable about the European cars. Mechanic Advisor suggested Nicks which is right off the exit 32 on I93. Nick was very sensible and had given me the best estimate I could get. Even though I was keen on getting other things fixed, Nick suggested that they were in decent shape for now. That is the best quality about Nick. He will only fix what is needed and doesn't not rip you off with sky high estimates. If you have a European car, then this is your guy. Period! Thanks Nick, Abhi

I have always had great service with this MONRO. I recently went to a dealer and they told me I needed $1200 worth of service to my Toyota so I went to them for a second opinion. I have used them in the past for oil changes and brakes and never had a problem. Out of all the things that the dealer told me I needed was a new air filter!! That was it. I will never go back to another dealer again. As for the lady who made the comment about being told the cost would be $660 then her husband being told told $560 I would guess that she heard it wrong.

Shawn was very professional and assisted with my tight schedule by ordering and painting my new fender before I dropped my car off so that I could have minimal loss of use of my car.
