Auto body repair service near Upton, MA

I had to have my car towed to Boch South because at some previous service, they managed to switch my anti-theft lug nut adapter with a different one that did not fit, so my flat tire could not be removed. I told them to take the remaining set of those special lug nuts off my car and put regular nuts on, and to leave the old stuff in my car. I left my wheel and wrecked tire with them to replace and install a new tire on the wheel, and picked it up when it was ready a day or so later. They told me there would be an extra charge to put my wheel back on, even though it stated right on my paid invoice that they were going to do that. I was not going to give them another cent, so I had them leave it in the back of my car. Then I took my old war veteran body that has been through 4 operations in the last 4 years to a parking lot up the street and changed it myself. I noticed they did not leave my old anti-theft lug nuts in my car, nor that adapter that had caused all my trouble. That will cost me about fifty dollars to replace. They did email me requesting more information, which I mailed to them, but have not heard a word back. How's that for service?

Great customer service, really helped me out with the rental car which was ready for me at Needham Collision when I dropped off my car and and I was able to return it to them as well. Kept me updated through the whole process. Really friendly and knowledgeable staff.

I have used Deluxe Auto Body for many years. I was reminded of the reasons with my most recent experience. Dennis discussed the work to do and recommended a strategy to keep costs reasonable. (This was not insurance work, so cost was a consideration.) Dennis adjusted his schedule to take in our car on short notice. The body work came out fantastic and the price was great. Tom’s Auto is the best! I currently own a Chevrolet Malibu and upon returning from a trip my power steering suddenly let go. I contact the Chevrolet dealership and various other mechanics to get estimates on the cost to repair it. When I contacted Tom’s Auto I was greeted with great customer service and given a great estimate. I gave the Sales/Service Manager (Charlie) the information for the parts and within 24 hours he contacted me to let me know the part had come in. Their attention to detail goes way beyond meticulous. If you are particular about your car, have no fear, it’ll be in very good hands. They did a great job in a timely manner and I have never had a problem since. When my parked car got hit at work, I needed a repair shop close by and Garden City Auto Body was just around the corner. Paul did the usual estimate and gave me great advice on waiting for the check payment before I brought it back into him. After getting the car fixed and looking pretty, there was a slight area on the repaired door that was letting wind in. I took it back into Paul, who did his best to fix the problem, even taking a drive with me to check it out himself. With a few more adjustments, it was fixed and with no charge to me! I would recommend these guys to anyone!
