Unfortunately I do not recommend this place of service for any sort of... read more Unfortunately I do not recommend this place of service for any sort of work. The customer service of this facility was very awesome and I want to make sure I emphasize this. That is not the reason for my complain, my reasoning is that I went in after I hit a large rock on the Tobin bridge, the staff fit me in right away which was amazing because I needed a new tire. What I was not made aware of was that not only did I need a new tire, but I needed a new wheel. My wheel was bent, Sullivan tire mechanics put a NEW tire, on a BENT wheel and di not inform me that they moved the new tire with the bent wheel to the rear end of my car. When I left and drove to work the next day, my car was vibrating on the highway and it was unsafe for me to go over 45mph; in a snowstorm mind you. The mechanics should have done the due diligence of letting me know that I needed to get a new wheel before I stepped into the car.
