Tom’s Auto is the best! I currently own a Chevrolet Malibu and upon returning from a trip my power steering suddenly let go. I contact the Chevrolet dealership and various other mechanics to get estimates on the cost to repair it. When I contacted Tom’s Auto I was greeted with great customer service and given a great estimate. I gave the Sales/Service Manager (Charlie) the information for the parts and within 24 hours he contacted me to let me know the part had come in. Their attention to detail goes way beyond meticulous. If you are particular about your car, have no fear, it’ll be in very good hands. They did a great job in a timely manner and I have never had a problem since. All the staff I came in contact with were extremely courteous and accommodating. Many thanks to Tom’s Auto. You have made me a customer for life and I will be referring you to anyone I can. Nice neighborhood, very friendly people & dogs. Got to appointment early and was greeted by a neighbor and a carpenter getting ready to work on their building. There is also quaint playground next door. They got my car ready for my end of lease and even detailed it. They made arrangements with me to get all the parts ahead of time and kept the car for less than 2 days. "bumper fender and paint work" I would say they were 5 stars except they couldn't meet me before 9am

I have a 2008 Sebring Convertable. I was rearended in October. They did an excellent job in fixing it, which wasn't easy because of all the stuff that makes the top go into the trunk and back up again. I would recommend them to anyone. I was very happy with their work. David S. Sloan
