Hello my friend and I came into your shop Yesturday September 17 for an oil change as your tech his name was Jose Dominguez he works with you guys was doing an oil change tried to sexually touch my friend and finger her in her private parts just letting you know we have filed a police report and your shop is now going to be under police investigation it’s discusting to say that nobody was around to help my friend out we will not be coming back there ever again we are shocked that there is a Rapist working publicly at a auto shop witch shows and proves it will happen to many other woman we are also going to press charges on mr. Jose Dominguez for rap and sexual assult I don’t think you guys want a rappist working at your shop we will be taking further steps in shutting this shop down for what has done occurred aswell!

YOU JUDGE: I bring car in for MD inspection to register it. While up on the lift then discover the rear drums and brake cylinders need to be replaced on both sides and they recommend a brake fluid flush. All total they quote me $950.00. I took the vehicle home and did the entire job in 45 mins with $165.00 in parts, WHILE teaching my 14yo how to do it. (He did the second side with my oversight and helped pump the brakes for me.) I return for re-inspection and ask the basis for their estimate. The Owner's reasoning: "We buy better parts than local stores so it costs more." Yeah. Right. My opinion... they tried to rip me off. I've been in the business and their excuse is the standard BS line given by those that lack integrity. Realistically. Say the parts cost TWICE as much... does that mean labor was $253??? for less than an hour's work? Remember, they already had it on the lift, disassembled. So labor would be in changing out the cylinders (15mins each) and grabbing the new drums for reassembly, then bleed the brake line (which is the same as replacing the brake fluid they 'recommended' for $99.00) Again. You be the judge.

Took my truck their, was told id need a new wheel bearing, spindle, and hub. I told them if a stock one would fit I would take it just to get home (I have a dynatrack front end) I was informed the stock wouldn't fit, so I assumed I wouldn't be paying for any parts since they told me "you need to bring us the parts you want". When my bud went up to do the work himself, they charged $300 for the stock parts I was told wouldn't work!! Why did they order parts that didn't fit!! I shouldn't have to pay because they're to incompetent to do a little research before spending $300 of my money!! I have never been so dissatisfied with the customer service as I was with Newburg service center. I know every story is different, but this is typical of a garage taking advantage of an put of town customer who is already in enough of a pickle.

I have been taking my Honda and Lexus to Freestate for over 3 years. They are helpful in letting me know what is wrong with my vehicle and what could wait until the next service. The prices are not as high as a dealer but also not as low as say a side lot garage. I do feel confident that they are doing a good job and trust their opinion.
