Dear Sir, I am not sure if you knew formers owners of your collision shop or not. But I was wondering if either the owner now od anyone would remember my grandfather that used to own it in the 60's and 70's?, His name was Stanley Faupel, also my father used to work there with him. Terrible they messed up my engine and wont give me my money back

Be Warned! I went to them with a hanging parking brake but they didn't discover the problem until they convinced me the problem was due to me needing all new brakes and rotors "over $1100" and to top it off the brakes they replaced they had installed less than 3000 miles before. TO FIX THE REAL PROBLEM THEY DISABLED MY EMERGENCY BRAKES. (((Are they dishonest or just incompetent)))

Autometric did a fantastic job. The repair was done quickly and even more scratches on my car were repaired with my asking. Everything matched perfectly. Car came back clean, freshly washed. I have been here before and will continue to use this company.
