Marty and his team did a fantastic job replacing the catalytic convertors on my son's vehicle. I had the car at a dealer for over a week and they couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. I brought it in to C3 and they immediately figured it out. Car was running smoothly and work completed within a few hours for an amazing value. I am taking all of my cars here from now on. Highly recommend!

One of the greatest things about him is he shares his knowledge and helps other technicians/mechanics in the area with their automotive challenges. To me, that says a lot about his character. And, the fact that he can fix anything that comes in the door is another amazing thing about him. He is passionate and loves what he does - and it shows... in everything he does! He is personable, and provides the best customer service around. And, he does the services and repairs he says he will do for a reasonable price. My previous mechanic was booked solid so I decided to try Tuffy on recommendation from a friend. My car was running poorly again, after being "fixed" a few months prior by my last mechanic. The guy at Tuffy explained that he did it all wrong, and told me he could fix it but advised me to take my car back to the last place and make them do it properly. He didn't even charge me for diagnostics. A+++.

CAME IN FOR BRAKES, GOT A GREAT PRICE AND THEY DID IT SUPER QUICK!!!

This review is for Auto Center of Canton which I presume is the new name for this shop. I drove my 2000 Volvo S80 to get it diagnosed because the engine kept missing even after new parts were replaced. This took place on October 16th of 2019 and all I've been getting about this problem is the runaround from a mechanic named Rich. Initially I was told that the engine may need to be replaced with a price tag of $2700.00. I went out to the shop to put half of the deposit for the engine and then was told that the engine was fine, but it was the engine control module that was in need of repairs. Instead of Rich contacting me of the status of the module, I've had to keep calling and then Rich never calls back when he says. It's been over a month of waiting and this is unacceptable as my wife needs to be cared for and taken to her oncologist for cancer treatments at U of M hospital. At this point and right now, I want my car back with the original module and my $500.00 since nothing but waste time has been done. I caution anyone considering this place for repairs as they are just monkeying around and wasting people's time and money.

Trustworthy auto-care isn't easy to find, unless you're in Northville it seems. Chris Myers
