Very friendly and thorough. Love their values. Clean, comfortable - my wife and daughter wouldn't even mind bringing in their cars! I don't normally do reviews, but this place is so good I had to!

My wife took her car to Vernon's with the understanding that we could make payments. After they got the initial down-payment of a thousand they would not return our calls. we were told the job would take two days. They also told us that the price would be considerably lower than Crown (which it wasn't). Two weeks later when we finally got a hold of them by going to their shop they said they needed all the money for the car. I expressed to them that this has been an inconvenience and thought it would be done in two days which they replied it was not their problem. Anyway we ended up waiting another week while we tried to take out a loan. When we did get the money the car had been in the shop for 6 weeks. We were told that even though they said the car was done weeks ago that they found an issue with it and we would have to give them an additional $300 or not have their work warrantied. After talking to a lawyer we were told that we have the right to the car and that they can't force work on it. So when we go to get the car towed back to Crown it was still being worked on. This was six weeks after the fact when we were told it would be two days. The owner Robert came in the office and told us to get the F out. I told him not without my car and at this point he got in my face and wanted to fight me. He actually wanted me to walk with him across the street at 9 in the morning to fight him because I wanted my car back. At this point the police were called. These people are crooks. They held our vehicle hostage and lied to get the business. What kind of person wants to fist fight because I wanted my wife's car back. I am astonished that it took lawyers, cops, and I almost got in a fight to get my car back. On top of that they got 3300 dollars for a car that we still can't drive. As I am writing this I am still in disbelief. It makes me wonder how many others these crooks have done this to.

We have used Thomsons Auto Repair for all the work on our vehicles,our 2 trucks,monte carlo,1955 and 1958 Fords and motor home that we have.They have done any work that has been needed on any of them.We are extremely happy with all the work they have done and their communication with us while the work is being preformed.I would highly recommend them for anyone that is looking to have repair work done on their autos.

Went in for a rear subframe and rear passenger side control arm replacement they ordered aftermarket parts instead of OEM that was quoted by my insurance (Progressive). They charged me an extra $118 for the aftermarket parts including my deductible of $500, totaling in $618. After a recieved my vehicle back 10 miles into my trip home I noticed a tear in the my leather seats in my 2017 Subaru Outback I took it back to them for employee negleglence I pointed the finger at them stating that it wasn't there before I brought it in and had a photo to prove. So you'd expect them to resolve it and take care of it free of charge. Right? Wrong. They went through their "insurance" I think and paid for a new seat skin plus the labor that they still ended up charging me $150 and in turn I'm at a loss for ever trusting this company with my vehicle in the first place. Side notes they proclaim that the tear only happened due to my "old car" and "cold weather" in my 2017 Subaru Outback. DONT TRUST THIS SHOP WITH YOUR VEHICLE, THEY WILL FIND A WAY TO RIP YOU OFF. Service began 1-2-2022. Service ended 2-11-22. Don't just say your sorry
