These guys rock! Took the time to explain my front end repair. Even took me to the vehicle to show me. I trust them completely. It feels good that I can take my vehicle to a place that's not out to take me.

Had a great car until I took it to Complete Auto Repair. After spending over $5,000 to have lots of work done, including replacing a bad hub, the car went in for a tuneup and a thermostat, for which Mr Kachkovsky informed me that the gaskets were bad and had to be replaced. This was the second time he hold me the gaskets needed to be replace. The car was not looked at till day two after the appointment. Told him not to repair the car, I would pick it up. Mr Kachkovsky told me the the tuneup (plugs, wires, etc) was completed and therefore he was paid for the services. The car was taken to a reputable dealership and the thermostat was repaired. NO problem with the gaskets. Six months later the car is running horribly. Took it to the dealer who told me needed a tuneup (plugs, wires) and that the hub that I paid Complete Auto Repair to replace had not been replaced and was still leaking. Apparently Complete Auto Repair was paid several thousand dollars to store my car on their lot since they did not do the repairs. The dealership did give me the parts that were not replace as Mr Kachkovsky had told me and was paid for. A refund of the funds that were paid for work that I can provide proof for that was not completed was requested. Mr Kachkovsky, by not acknowledging my letter for the request, has refused to refund the monies paid him. Tried to complain to both the ASA and the ASE, only to find out that the buesiness is NOT associated with either and is therefore falsely advertising association with them. My suggestion, DO NOT USE THIS REPAIR SHOP.

Hi-Tech Automotive Is a Cut above the Other Shops in Missouri! First Class Service Advisor Tony Took Care of My Son Matthew and My BMW like we were family! I was over 2500 miles away - But Tony Made sure to keep me up to date with everything We needed done. *RACIST* STAY AWAY if you respect yourself and your fellow man. My former employers are legitimate racist people. I recently quit (Thank GOD). What really sparked me wanting to quit was one evening I walked in on TABTATHA finishing the sentence "AND that is why I hate N****RS, then she attempted to justify it by saying, thats not my only prejudice btw". Well presumably then her husband GREG, the master mechanic up there is also racist. They also treat their employees like shit, expecting people to work 10 straight hours, without on the clock breaks, lunch is off the clock if you so choose. But don't mess anything up, bc then Greg, the "master" who thinks himself to be without fault, will berate and demean those who do mess up, even when they own it. (I actually never wrecked, or broke anything, but yet after I quit I was all of a sudden terrible at my job, even though the month prior I was given a raise for "not having any issues or cars returning or complaints" Tabs words, not mine. Also had to keep me finding a new job a secret because they will fire you if they find you are looking form employment elsewhere. Well guess what, the internet is a bitch and last forever.

They did the repairs.

Entrusted this shop w/ work on a recently purchased Jeep. Work was completed in good time and done extremely well. Will absolutely use again. Good to find a trustworthy shop that does good work. Dan K. St. Louis, MO

Amazing customer service! I was given a breakdown of services I would need ..they even offered discounts. They were really honest and answered all of my questions. Also given their opinion on which services I should prioritize since I wasn't able to pay for all of the services that day. 100000% would recommend to everyone. My Grandaughter needed a part for her 2002 GM Cavalier that had been discontinued by GM, Accu Brake worked and found her the part within a week. They are able to put the part on as well, and do the towing. They are great, always do good work and would recommend them to anyone.

I called to get an appointment for the paint on my Cadillac SRX to get fixed. The lady I spoke to was extremely rude and said she wouldn’t make me an appointment because, “It would cost more than my vehicle was worth”. I was nearly speechless. I definitely would Not recommend.

I felt the need to write a review as Adam has been all over the Internet blasting Froesel. I am sorry he had such a poor experience, but in the 10+ years my family has been taking our cars to Froesel, we have had nothing but STELLAR experiences. Numerous times I've taken my car in to be looked at and they have told me there is nothing wrong, charging me nothing for looking at it. They have reattached loose wires for free, they have always called me before doing any work, they squeeze me in if I have a problem and they are some of the nicest, most professional people in the business. I have yet to find, or hear about from friends, a mechanic or car place with more integrity than Froesel Tire St. Louis. Keep up the good work guys, your loyal neighborhood customers appreciate you!

I took my car in to have work done on the motor they kept the car for over 2 weeks did not fix the problem and messed up the transmission when they pulled the motor .I would never give this place a thought.

Do not do business with Two times I was overcharged for something and Larry said both times "Oops, I was supposed to call you about that but I forgot." Also they broke my glovebox and when I asked them about it they said "No we didn't do it but we'd be happy to charge you to fix it otherwise you can take your business elsewhere."

Buyer stay away for new cars and trucks. The new truck we bought looked like it was ready for a good cleaning when it came back from the detail shop. The sales lady need to learn that a charge card cuts off at 100 dollars when filling up a truck. That means we didnt get a full tank of fuel like ford says you should. The owner didnt care so the best thing I can say it buy from any other dealer.
