I had a great experience with Altox automotive as my 2004 BMW 525i car had some problem with headlight & seat etc and they fixed everything without any hassle. The two main people Roman and Justin were very friendly and gave a reasonable answer to any question with regard to the repair and tried to reduce the repair cost as much as possible. I called to get an appointment for the paint on my Cadillac SRX to get fixed. The lady I spoke to was extremely rude and said she wouldn’t make me an appointment because, “It would cost more than my vehicle was worth”. I was nearly speechless. I definitely would Not recommend.

I felt the need to write a review as Adam has been all over the Internet blasting Froesel. I am sorry he had such a poor experience, but in the 10+ years my family has been taking our cars to Froesel, we have had nothing but STELLAR experiences. Numerous times I've taken my car in to be looked at and they have told me there is nothing wrong, charging me nothing for looking at it. They have reattached loose wires for free, they have always called me before doing any work, they squeeze me in if I have a problem and they are some of the nicest, most professional people in the business. I have yet to find, or hear about from friends, a mechanic or car place with more integrity than Froesel Tire St. Louis. Keep up the good work guys, your loyal neighborhood customers appreciate you!
