This is the first and only shop I’ve ever been to where there were no surprises when they got done with my vehicle. What they tell you is what you get. Cant say enough about them. I HIGHLY recommend Chuck Coats! He is super helpful and extremely nice! I ran into a situation the night before where my starter went out and I had to leave for Georgia early that next morning. I brought my car straight to him that next morning and he had me back on the road an hour later. He and his team really take excellent care of their customers! I rented a U Haul truck, which got bogged down in the mud. I was unable to pull the truck out by myself. I called Jerry’s Towing. They came down and pulled the truck out immediately. The service was excellent, and the rates were reasonable.

I have lived in Slidell for 21 years and as usual I would let the cheap shops like Pepboys , Walmart..etc work on my cars. Well About 5 yrs ago I needed a Motor put in my wifes car. So off of a friends advice I met with Mr. Allen. And I was blown away at how HONEST and Quality of his work. Yes I heard he had some issues with some of his past employees,But all that is water under the bridge now.... He is MY mechanic now !!! Allen has been a blessing to me and my family, he cares about his work and your pocket book and this is a rare trait now a days.For a owner to do the work himself because his Name is on the building you know he is gonna back up his work.
