Brake repair service near Escatawpa, MS

Have been here a few times. There have been occasions when they told me the issue was very minor when they could have lied and told me it was more expensive and I would never have known the difference. Quality work and honest shop here. Clate McGehee

Had car towed in because brakes went out. They basically told me.my whole front in was dangerous and can't drive it. Total cost with them was almost 4000 dollars. Had it towed back to my house and a mechanic came and l9oked at my car and said it was brakes rotors and wheel bearing 300 total.for him to fix it. Never going to tuffys again

If you want to flush your money down the toilet, then take your car here! He will charge you a lot of money to supposedly fix your transmission, but he will not fix it. I told him that the transmission fluid was leaking out unbelievably after he worked on the car, and he said he had a warranty and I could bring it back in. He lied! The first time I tried, he had an excuse why he couldn't do it. Then the car sat in the garage (I live out of town part of the year). After the car sat for 8 months, there was a leak 4 feet wide by 5 feet long. I had to put transmission fluid in before I could even drive it. I tried to bring it in again. I made an appointment, and when I got there, the place was locked up! More excuses! After that, he blew me off numerous times, and would not answer my calls at all. Since the car desperately needed fixing, I took it to a reputable garage...and they fixed it! They told me that the leak should have been fixed...for less money...when Bobby's Transmission's did the initial work. I went back to Bobby's Transmission's to try and get reimbursed for my additional expenses, and all I got was a rude jerk who wouldn't take responsibility for his poor work. Bobby Cook should change his name to Bobby Crook...because that's what he is!! I feel sorry for anybody who takes their car to him!

My visit to R-N-R was outstanding. The technician was extremely knowledgeable,friendly and helpfull. He explained what was wrong with the car and what he had to do to fix it. He also explained the cost. He was able to repair my car in time for me to leave on a trip as scheduled even though the parts suppliers were slow suppling the parts and the labor time was long due to diagnostics and getting to parts location. The dashboard and front seats had to be removed to get to one part.

This service center is False and Misleading. We were told that we needed engine mounts on our Toyota Sienna van at a cost of $1200 plus. After checking with Estabrook and Palmer's Toyota we were assured that engine mounts were NOT NEEDED! I reported this to the manager Mike and he still alleged they were necessary!!! This service center has lied before to get us to have unnecessary replacement parts on our van such as shocks, struts, brakes, etc Please be smart and ALWAYS GET A SECOND OPINON!
